Ros, best thing happened when I called him and he came right next day, finding problems he immediately ordered parts and day after came back and fixed, my second small refrigerator, was stop working and everyone I call told me that I have through a way, he said that maybe problem with level, fixed and its working fine.

I had a great experience with Ros from Pozharko Appliance Repair. I called him in the am hours and he gave me a window and showed up within that window. He gave me a courtesy call letting me know he was 30 minutes out. When he arrived he was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Not only did he show me the problem he also explained it. He was very honest in regards to the job and what it would require. Based on 1st impressions I'd highly recommend Ros.

I have a GE Profile refrigerator with several issues. I called Ross and he showed up at the date and time he said he would.
He took his time and explained everything to me. Instead of the quick upsell of parts and labor my refrigerator didn’t need, he started with the basics and that is where the issues were. He fixed it and then called back a few days later to see how the refrigerator was working.
In addition to being really knowledgeable, he is a real personable person. There are so many unsavory people out there, it is refreshing to find someone you feel you can trust. I highly recommend Ross for your appliance service!

Ros was a pleasure to have work on my fridge. He was very knowledgeable and got right to the issue of the problem. It was more of a maintenance issue and did charge me for any parts. Very honest. Ros came to my home this afternoon to repair an appliance.

He arrived on time. He demeanor and appearance were both highly professional.

Ros quickly and expertly fixed the issue. The cost was reasonable.

I also found him via google and had an error code on my refrigerator that after i googled it said “call a technician asap”.

So i found Ros on google maps and impressed by the reviews.

So ya, 5 star review from me too. Total professional and honest guy. I called monday afternoon and he was here tuesday morning. Wow.

the backstory.

So we have had this LG refrigerator for 5 years and it’s been fine until a month or 2 ago.

Error codes but the fridge was still working, we figured it was on of the FPL frequent power spikes and turned off the fridge and turned it back on, the error message went away. I attached the error code my roommate printed for me.

Sunday, the error message came back, and would not go away.

Ros came, evaluated it and told me the LG fridge has a 10 year warranty on the compressor [which is what is failing]. And that LG was that long a warranty because they have had issues with their compressors.

And the warranty does not include labor. He said he would be happy to do the labor BUT do I want to replace the part that failed in 5 years for the exact same compressor that may likely fail again in another 5 years for $750 or so?

In 2021 I purchased the fridge for $1400.

I think Ros is totally frank and honest, and while he could have gone through the pricey repair process, his energy was like, “if thats what you want to do OK” - aka his energy was quietly saying “I sure wouldn’t”.

So i ordered a new GE refrigerator after asking him what brands does he have to repair the least?

$75 service call gladly paid.

Ros is a good guy. If i ever have issues with other appliances. You know who i will call.

5 star reviews are legit! Super happy with my washer repair. Ros is professional, punctual, keeps his word - and is a master appliance detective. He smartly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and even came to install it in the morning, right before he was going on vacation. Left everything neat and ready to go. Super nice guy. Highly recommend!

I've used Ros for both an oven gas leak and broken stovetop burner. Each time it was easy to schedule, and he offered flexibility to come by at a time that fit within my schedule.
