I am very satisfied with the service AAA Century provided on my LG range glass cooktop. I called them last week Thursday inquiring of a replacement cooktop and they answered all of my questions. On Friday, the order was placed for the part. On Monday, the technician came with the part to do the repair. The service overall was quick, easy, and done well. Thanks to your entire team! Everything was communicated clearly and with a positive attitude!

I have used AAA Century Appliance for repairs on both my refrigerator (ice maker) and oven. They came out within a day or two and were able to get parts within a few days. The technician was very knowledgeable and happy to explain exactly what he was doing and why. They were always on time, friendly, and professional. I'm really glad someone recommended this company to me.

I called this company based on their reviews. First guy came out and didn't completely fix the issue. ( In his defense, it was a very complex problem) I called and spoke to Missy. She was so helpful and sent Washington the next day. Washington was beyond professional and a pleasure to speak to. He didn't give up until he found the problem and fixed it. It was a complex problem. Samsung couldn't even figure it out! Washington will forever be my appliance guy. Great company service and they didn't charge for the second time. They aren't money hungry and l am so pleased with them.

Called for a repair to my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. An appointment was made. On the day of service the technician (Washington) called 20 min before an ON TIME ARRIVAL. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about this brand. He got right to work and had the problem, repair pricing and options available within 15 minutes.
We agreed to order a new part and arranged install. On installation date he again called 30min before an ON TIME appointment. He got straight to work and had everything running in 15 minutes!

It is so great to do business with a professional business that charged what I perceive to be more than fair pricing. It is even more appreciated when the service technician is courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the product they are being called on to repair.

My Ice maker stopped working and when I called, I got an appointment quickly. The part had to be ordered but within a few days, the part arrived and they called to set up another appointment. They came the next day and installed the new part quickly and professionally and within a few hours, we had ice again! Washington was the best.... He even called the next day to make sure everything was fine. The price was also good. I'll definitely use AAA again.

WOW Am I glad that I had AAA to repair our LG front loaded. The washer displayed an LE error code. AAA sent out Sal who worked hard to solve the problem, He made several trips and swapped out parts, when he concluded he couldn’t solve the problem it was then I felt there has to be another answer for the machine isn’t that old, Finally I called LG and via phone, they ran a diagnostic test and concluded the motor drive was the problem and it was under warranty, WOW. LG worked with AAA and the new parts were delivered for free. Parts were expressed to AAA;. The senior tech Washington installed the parts. The labor cost was very reasonable. I am recommending AAA for their honesty and commitment to the customer Ron H

A+ service! Don’t call anyone else! I contacted about 10 local companies and to my dismay none of these serviced EdgeStar coolers. AAA Century Appliance was the only company that did, so I was immediately sold on that. The receptionist was very professional and was able to setup a tech visit immediately. Washington, the service technician was very kind and courteous and on time as well. He was able to repair the problem with the cooler within minutes. He also shared some of his expert knowledge on how the coolers work which was great to know for future buys. Overall I’m very pleased with this company and glad that I went with them.

I called AAA Century Appliance for a refrigerator repair and they were able to schedule me just a couple of days later thanks to a cancellation elsewhere. The handling of the service call was super throughout the process. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the repair was completed on the spot, and the cost was totally reasonable. Fridge panel broke. Once again reached out to my friends at AAA Appliance. Washington showed up, looked at the panel, knew immediately what the issue was, called to see if the part was available, and said he’d be in touch.

An hour later he called to ask if he could come back and install it. And within 30 minutes the fridge was working again.

This is now the second time I’ve used AAA Appliances, and both times (dryer last time) the technicians were friendly, helpful, courteous, and downright good folks.

I really appreciate their level of expertise and customer service.

He was able to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator right away, and he gave me helpful tips on how to prevent this problem in the future. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely recommend the company to family and friends.

The customer service here is EXCELLENT! They are so reasonable and so prompt it is beyond helpful especially when your washer and dryer goes out and you have kids at homes and need a quick turnaround. I cannot speak enough about this company I recommend them to everyone. And they are so nice!!

Washington was very professional and calm as he assessed the issue of our refrigerator. After figuring out what was wrong, he explained my options which were honest and unbiased.
