Before calling AAA century appliance repair I read all of the reviews. I was skeptical of all the positive reviews because I’ve never seen a company get this many good reviews.. However. Washington, my repair man, just left. I am totally blown away by his knowledge and positivity and kindness. I am so glad that I called this company. And I am extremely happy that Washington can fix my oven. I highly recommend them.

The repair tech “Washington” called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He promptly arrived and was very courteous. He was very knowledgeable about repairing the latch on the dishwasher and leveling it. He went above and beyond on the service and I was definitely assured that the repair was taken care of totally. I would definitely recommend this technician and the company.

My story: A technician came to diagnose the problem on my washing machine. He told me the cost and the price of the job, but he needed to check if their warehouse had the part. The next day they confirmed and came back to fix the machine in the morning.
We tried doing laundry but the issue persisted, when we called the company back they immediately apologized, called the technician and told me he would be back after he finished the current job.
Two technicians ended up showing up because they were close to my house, within minutes they fixed the issue, they apologized again and guaranteed i wouldnt have problems anymore , but if i did, i just had to call. By the afternoon we were doing laundry again. You wont regret hiring this business to do your appliance repair, they are fairly priced too.

Ultimately, AAA could not fix my appliance but it wasn't for lack of trying. The tech came and replaced a part but it didn't do the trick. Washington came twice spending much time running diagnostics and checking every conceivable part. The problem remained a mystery. Of course you cannot repair something if you can't find what's broken. (I got another company to look at it and they too could not find the problem). However, AAA refunded the amount paid for the part. I was thrilled by this. Also, the office is extremely professional, communicative and responsive. They are definitely doing something right.

Washington is the best!! He is responsive and super knowledgeable! We have called him to repair many appliances throughout our several homes and every time he knows exactly what’s wrong and fixes it economically and quickly! We recently had our subzero not working and because AAA could not send someone out right away we tried a different company. The tech from the different company tried to tell us something complex was wrong and wanted to charge thousands of dollars. Luckily I waited for AAA/Washington to come out and all the subzero needed was a de clogging of the drain and a little tweak to the light/fan operation. So grateful to AAA. They are professional and reliable!

We had a problem with our freezer and refrigerator maintaining constant temperatures. The freezer kept shutting down resulting in our frozen food melting and lots of water dripping in the freezer. I called AAA Century Appliance at 5 p.m. and they scheduled a technician to come to our house the next afternoon. He arrived on time, analyzed the problem, and told us we needed a new thermostat. He ordered the part, and came the next morning to install a new thermostat. Everything works perfectly now. I can't say enough about the very pleasant and reliable service from the person who took the call, Rohan the technician who fixed the problem, and the company in general. The service call fee was waived and we even got a small discount because we called because of yelp reviews. Every home service company could learn from how AAA Century Appliance operates - Simple. Honest. Professional. as they advertise.

Washington was here a couple of weeks ago to evaluate our wine refrigerator which unfortunately wasn't worth repairing. Because of our confidence in Washington we had him evaluate our oven which had some issues. We entrusted him to do the work and he did an excellent job. 👏 would highly recommend your company and would request Washington to do the work. He is great.

Had a great experience with AAA Century! Needed help with two appliances, and AAA Century's fee to assess the issue is half what other companies charge. Communication was excellent with the office as well as the amazing tech who visited our home. Washington was prompt, polite, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem with both appliances (one simple, the other not-so-simple) and offered advice for the short & long term. I will definitely call AAA Century for my appliance repair needs in the future!
