I am extremely happy and satisfied with the repair service provided by AAA Century Appliance Repair. When our refrigerator broke, I called several companies, some of which provided appointments more than a week from the call and some refused to repair on one pretext or another. I found AAA Century Appliance Repair through Google reviews. They promptly answered my call and provided an appointment for the next business day. The tech person (Washington) was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super nice. He was able to diagnose the problem quite quickly, got the required parts, and was able to fix the refrigerator as soon as was possible. I am very impressed by him. This also speaks highly of the company, which hires experienced professionals such as Washington, and are able to provide a great experience for their customers.

I am so impressed with this company. I was given their name as a recommendation years ago by a family member and I put their number in my phone in case I ever needed an appliance repair service. Well I finally needed to use it…. I sent an appointment request last evening on their website and was contacted first thing this morning to put me on their schedule. They were very polite and professional and not to mention they don’t charge an arm and a leg to come do a service call. The technician Washington was so knowledgeable and explained everything about my refrigerator in terms I understood. I would highly recommend them for any service they offer.

AAA Century Appliance has a website which enabled us to easily request an appointment for repair of our washer. We received a phone call to confirm our appointment date and time (4 hour window), and the technician sent us a text when he was 15 minutes from arrival. The technician arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part needed. He explained why the washer was not working, and explained that he would return when the machine part had been received. We received a call that the part had arrived, and were scheduled for an appointment that same day. The same technician arrived and completed the repair within 30 minutes. He even ran a trial washing cycle to ensure that our washer was performing appropriately. The technician also provided important information regarding the amount of liquid detergent that is needed for an average load of laundry. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. This is the only company that we call for appliance repairs. We highly recommend them.

He knew what was wrong with our freezer right away and was very quick to fix it. He also gave me great tips related to the fridge.
