We were having an issue with our washer and did all the troubleshooting ourselves and then called Ros And made an appointment for him to come check it out for us. He determined that it needed a new motherboard and once I approved the quote he ordered the part. When it arrived he called to schedule the return appointment and each time they came to the house they showed up on time As well as communicating when they were gonna be there. They were very professional and what really topped it off for me was the follow up a couple days later checking to make sure the repair was good and the washer was working properly!

The technician arrived within 30 minutes after calling him. He repaired both my dryer and washer within an hour. His price was reasonable. I saved his number and will call him again when needed. Was a very knowledgeable person.

I have used his service twice already. I like that he is straightforward on what can be done, and what may be too expensive to get done and not worth it. I find the pricing fair and the service itself quick and organized (he arrived when they say they will, send you a text when he is in route, etc.) The first time I call them was for an oven issue, got the job done great and we just called him again for a freezer issue. In both cases it shows that he knows what he is doing.
Used the services twice and would use them again, no doubt.

Excellent service! My client's Bosch dishwasher had a drainage problem that was causing water to back up, and Ross diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and had the problem solved in under an hour.

Terrible service and professionalism from Jeff. He said bring it over he would take a look- 3 weeks later nothing and no follow up. Ended up taking my system to another company a few streets over and was fixed within an hour. Avoid this place unless Jeff is gone.

If you're thinking about going to another place for your marine AC repairs just don't. Mr. Hawthorne is a no BS professional. Fixed my isotherm model 3065ba7cau000 quickly and at a fair price. Will definitely be returning here if anything else pops up - as it always does.

Out AB Cols machine sprang an irreparable leak right before we were about to cross to the West End. No one could come to look at it on a short notice but Mr. Hawthorne who visited us after working hours to assess the problem. He explained our options in detail, made all calculations on the required replacement, recommended the make and model of the new refrigirator units and gave multiple advise later on the phone when we were installing the new systems ourselves ( he did not have ìmmediate availability to replace the units himself ). Very highly recommended!

If you own a boat tour must know how hard it is to find a good Marine AC Technician. I've had my boat 15 years and Jeff may be the best contractor I have. He staightened out my AC systems and Refrigeration systems that at least 3 or 4 previous "technicians" screwed up totally. . He is a one man show, so you may have to wait for him to get to you. But it is worth the wait. He is knowledgeable, clean, professional and will show up when he tells you he will. I can't say enough good about him

Reached out to Hawthorne Marine after our older adler-barber cold machine stopped running. We had just provisioned for the Bahamas! Calls to several businesses led us nowhere. At the recommendation of another mechanic, we called Hawthorne. Jeff called us back and said he would come by our boat after his last job. He came by at 7 pm! Fixed our problem and got us up and running. Jeff was professional, easy to work with, and very fairly priced. It was a pleasure to deal with someone who still enjoys their job and cares about his customers. Very knowledgeable, he was patient and willing to explain and make valuable suggestions. We will definitely reach out to Hawthorne Marine when it comes time to replace our unit.
