My.dryer was fixed within three hours of my call. It was clear that the repairman knew exactly what he was doing and the work was done quickly and efficiently. He was also helpful in directing me beyond the scope of his repairs with other things.I had to do. I highly recommend this fine company.

I called first thing in morning spoke to Joesph said he would come between 10 t0 12. He called to tell me he was on the wayJoseph did a great job fixing the refrigerator. He was very friendly, helpful and also reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to all me friends.

Joseph was great. This is the second time we used his services. The first time, he was so honest and told us that our watching machine was not worth a repair and recommended that we replace it.
The second time, he just helped us with a repair on our new dishwasher that I broke trying to fix the latch myself. He comes on time and does the repairs quickly and efficiently. He’s definitely our Appliance Repair company.

Wow. Joseph you are amazing! We had to replace the drain pump on our LG washer. Joseph was available later the same day I called, was so friendly and efficient. Not only did he do a great job but taught us how to maintain the washer and dryer. We only called him for washer but he took the time to clean out the dryer vent in the hard to reach areas. He then crafted a tool out of a plastic hanger for us to use in the future. Thank you Joseph! I have your number saved on speed dial!

Joseph had great communication, and quick service just hours after we called. He is very knowledgeable, and started working the minute he arrived. He will be the first person we call with a future appliance issue. Job well done.

My freezer wasn't make ice so I called OJ Same Day Appliance Repair and Josef immediately came out and put in a new ice maker at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

OJ was awesome, he came the same day I called which was a Saturday. He diagnosed the issue on my washer & let me know he’ll be back on Monday. Monday morning first thing he was here and immediately fixed everything within 30 minutes. Awesome awesome service

My washer machine wasn't draining properly and called Joseph. He was beyond helpful and I'm very grateful that I had the patience to wait until the next day for service. I called looking help at 4:52pm because I'm a Massage Therapist and needed to clean my linen for the next day. Joseph said they would try for that day but I had a feeling it would be for the next day, which was fine. Joseph was prompt and arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He was a good communicator at each step of the appointment until the job was complete.

Very quick and honest.

I called Joseph on a Saturday morning. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and ordered parts immediately. As soon as he got the part on Tuesday morning, he was at my house to complete the repair. All along, his communication was honest and straightforward. His price was totally fair as well.

You came out and told me that the unit still had warranty on the compressor and I called the company and they fixed it under warranty. I was beyond impressed with the service I received from Joseph. Prior to the appointment he made sure my condo had all the required paperwork. He also notified me 15 minutes before arriving. Once here he was able to ascertain the problem and fixed our dryer, making sure the area was cleaned up around the unit. I highly recommend OJ Same Day Appliance.

My dryer was making a thumping sound and a friend highly recommended OJ Appliances. He came the next day and immediately knew what the problem was. He also showed me the 3 inch layer of lint that had built up in the dryer once he took it apart and part of it was burnt so was starting to catch on fire! I had someone else clean my dryer vents annually, but he wasn’t doing a what he was supposed to do. I’m so glad Joseph came out. His prices are also very reasonable and he is extremely knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable, came the next day on a Sunday morning to fix our dryer issue. He had all the parts needed for the repair and fixed it the same day and for a reasonable rate. Wow, Joseph was amazing! I needed to have a dishwasher installed same day and Joseph came over 2.5 hours later (earlier than expected) and did a great job with a very tight installation. He connected the hose and water line the RIGHT way. He took time to give me great tips on maintenance of the unit and the best options to have my dishes sparkling clean. He even gave me some maintenance tips on my LG washer. I highly recommend Jospeh to install your appliances. Great guy!

Highly recommend OJ Same Day Appliance Repairs. In my case, they were able to repair my Refridgerator in ONE DAY !!!!!! Very nice guy and explained what the problem was and how to fix the problem, He even showed me the bad part and the problem, In my case a motor shaft had worn. Really a great experience with a Top Notch appliance organization.
