I have experienced incredible service from this coming who came to fix the many leaking issues my washer had. They were able to come out quickly and seemed to fix the issue on the first visit. However, after they left, I noticed that the washer was still leaking, but in a different way.I called them back, and they were incredibly responsive, scheduling a follow-up appointment for the very next day. The technician returned promptly, identified the new issue, and fixed it right away. Since then, the washer has been working perfectly, with no further leaks.I appreciate their dedication to getting the job done right and their commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a company that takes responsibility and responds so quickly when things don’t go perfectly the first time. I would recommend them for any appliance repair needs!

Dryer Repair Review: Unprofessional and Misleading

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from this company. From the moment the technician arrived, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. He was rude, not personable, and made no effort to communicate clearly or respectfully. On top of that, he drove his car across my front lawn to get to the front door—completely inappropriate and disrespectful.

The company advertises a $49 service call fee, but after booking, I received a text saying it would actually be $65. Then, once the job was done, the technician asked for $75. That’s misleading and dishonest business practice.

I also requested during the initial call that both the washer and dryer be checked. My wife asked the technician to look at the washer while he was already in our home, and he said it would be an additional $65—despite already being there and working on the dryer. That kind of nickel-and-diming, especially without any consideration for customer service, cost them a second repair that could’ve easily been done at the same time.

Because of the technician's attitude, the damage to my lawn, the unclear and shifting pricing, and the company’s inflexible and misleading policies, I will never use this company again—and I absolutely will not recommend them to anyone.

Be warned. There are better, more honest service providers out there.

This was the most stress free and pleasant experience. I called them to let them know I was having issues with my dishwasher. They had a technician to my house in under an hour and Eugene diagnosed the problem and fixed it no problem. Jacob was a pleasure over the phone as well. 10 out of 10 service. Would recommend to anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area.

This repair service is awesome, they just repair my dryer machine after I woke up with the room flooded. The service was fast and my dryer works perfectly, Jacob was very professional and kind. I will call them again with any emergency for appliances needed.

This is not a legitimate business. The address for the company is a private home, and they send random, untrained people to your house instead of qualified professionals.

No uniforms, no company vehicles, and nothing that suggests a real company. The workers were rude, careless, and made the problem worse.

They damaged my machine beyond repair, caused flooding and damages, then denied any responsibility. To make matters worse, they left abruptly without notice and left my doors wide open. Completely untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

He was the fast and he know what he is doing was It was my first time and I had a good experience. The owner served me and gave me a guarantee too! I recommend him and he made an appointment for me for the next day. I called him separately. He doesn't speak Spanish, but communication was still good!

The worst appliance repair company I’ve ever had to deal with. Jacob came and repaired my washing machine but it was not repaired properly. The same problem began once again. I asked him to return to check it out and he wanted to charge me again for the visit and basically said too bad you only have a 90 day warranty which was never disclosed nor was it on my invoice. After asking him to please waive the fee as the issue was still occurring and the warranty period was never discussed he said yes then never showed up. After multiple calls and texts he became extremely rude and said I’ll get to you if I’m the area. Well that never happened. So I’m stuck with the same problem with the washing machine and out $285 for nothing. Not a reputable company and does not care if they do honest, quality work. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and look somewhere else. You’ll thank me later.

I can’t say enough good things about this repair service! I live in New Jersey, but my parents are in Florida, and when their dishwasher suddenly stopped working, I had to arrange everything from afar. On this last visit for what turned out to be a frozen ice maker that just required a defrost I also mentioned that I needed one of the drawers fixed on the refrigerator. Jacob just gave me the part number and told me where to order it and install it myself, saving me bucks.
