This company provided an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional service experience. My microwave was partially functional, but they sent multiple technicians who gave conflicting diagnoses. The first technician’s diagnosis seemed incorrect at the time, but later turned out to be right. Two weeks later, a second technician arrived, gave a completely different diagnosis, and later texted me privately, warning me about the company’s dishonesty. He claimed the parts were never ordered, and I wouldn’t get my deposit back. Alarmed, I canceled my credit card payment immediately.

The company then sent a third technician who showed up with the wrong parts and seemed completely unqualified for the job. He left and returned a week later with the same incorrect parts and, in attempting to reconnect the appliance, completely ruined it, leaving it non-functional. When I called to escalate the issue, I was promised a visit from the manager, Nikolai, who assured me he would stop by that evening between 4 and 7 PM. He never showed up, never called, and never acknowledged what went wrong or how the company planned to fix it.

After all this, it became clear that the second technician was right to warn me. The company was dishonest, never provided proof of parts ordered on my behalf, and failed to resolve the issue. Instead, they caused further damage to my appliance and wasted my time. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Andrei is wonderful! My washing machine was making a loud strange sound and he quickly found the problem. Communated everything with me and the process to get it fixed. Wonderful customer service, very polite, patient, and fixed my washing machine! Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Nikolay came to repair our impossibly broken under counter ice machine. He fixed it after ordering and installing several parts for us. He was always smart, friendly, and on time to his appointments. Prices were fair. Service was 5 stars. Would definitely recommend and use again.
