I called 5 Star at 2:45 this afternoon because the ice and water dispensers on my refrigerator door were having issues. The technician called me at 4:00 saying he was on his way. By 5:00, the water dispenser was working, and I was settling my bill. By 7:30, I heard the ice maker dropping a fresh batch of ice. Now that, in my opinion, was unbelievably good service!

Not only that, but the dispatcher and technician were both really friendly and helpful.

I heard about this company from someone whose opinion I respect. Now I am telling you: these guys are good!

Amazing service and great experience. Not to mention knowledge about the appliances. Oren is the best! I highly recommend FIVE STAR SAME DAY APPLIANCE REPAIR without reservations. Our dishwasher was repaired within 24hrs and would have been faster had we been available earlier for Oren to come by to evaluate it. Oh and he is very clean with the repairs. I looked online for a same day appliance repair as my Maytag commercial dryer stopped working. From making the appointment to my clothing now drying… this was the best appliance service experience I have encountered. Oren was professional, knowledgeable, more than fair with pricing. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and done right. He even cleared another part of the dryer which wasn’t part of the job. He was fast and no extra unexpected charges. David at Five Star central sent out Oren to fix my non-working dryer. Oren was wonderful and explained the belt problem as well as how to insert a replacement timer knob. All in all it was gratifying to deal with someone professional and thoroughly experienced in his field of expertise.

Great service! We had a fridge on the fritz, food was going to spoil etc. We called and we're happy to have the tech come to our house within an hour. That might not be the case always but it was surprisingly quick. They remedied the situation and got the fridge back up and running!

My washing machine's agitator wasn't working properly. I called 5 star and Oren came the same day. Within an hour, he replaced the broken piece in the agitator and cleaned it. He was very friendly and gave me a good price. It's now working as it should. Would definitely call them again.

Oren was fantastic. Diagnosed, fixed my washer very quickly. Took extra care making sure that nothing got scratched or damaged. He also cleaned up the area that he was working in. Also took the time to look at another appliance of mine that wasn't working correctly and gave me directions on how to fix it myself.

Amaizing customer care from Oren and Elanit. Truly recommend this company, reached out to them Wed night and they were at the property Thursday morning, Oren explained what the issue was and I was very pleased with his explanation and recommendations. They just gained a new customer.

Five Star was a great service and got our dishwasher repaired quickly! Elanit was very kind on the phone and Oren went above and beyond to help us remove the dishwasher which was very difficult due to new flooring that had been put in. He had to come back the next day with a saw needed to remove the dishwasher. He was very honest about pricing before starting and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend this company for all appliance repairs.
