Palladium construction was incredible! They helped us pick the right design, style, and color scheme for our remodel. Everything they did seemed effortless. They were so nice that even though we didn't like the way something came out, they gladly changed it something else to appeal to our taste. When unforseen issues occurred, they came to us with solutions instead of just stating the problem. With a house FULL of furniture, they were able to redo our floors without any of our stuff getting damaged. At the end of every day, they would clean and organize their work area so it wouldn't be in our way. I would recommend anyone to use palladium.

We moved to Florida from Virginia last year and in January 2024 began a complete renovation of our Ft. Lauderdale home. We were fortunate to find and work with Orusha and Ashkan Ashrafi of Palladium Construction on the renovation project which included completely redoing bathrooms, kitchen and plumbing—everything from the floors and walls to the fixtures and appliances, and the entire drainage of the home. We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and the experience with Palladium, especially since everyone told us South Florida contractors couldn’t be trusted. In terms of pricing, Palladium offered us very competitive rates without compromising on quality. I believe the value for money was excellent, and we encountered no hidden costs or unexpected expenses along the way. I seriously doubt that any contractor delivering similar quality would be able to beat Palladium’s pricing.

Further, what stood out about Orusha and Ashkan were their honesty and conscientiousness. Throughout the project, we were kept well-informed and were provided frequent updates, and any questions or concerns we had were immediately answered or resolved which I greatly appreciated. When we encountered unexpected situations during the renovations, the reservoir of trust and good relations which had developed enabled both sides to work through them and find workable approaches.

Through it all, Orusha was a pleasure to interact with. Besides being responsive, he was very approachable and friendly. These qualities helped to make what would normally be a very stressful process much less so. On several occasions, Orusha made helpful suggestions and provided us with insight that improved the overall outcome of the renovations. He seemed to demand the same high level of performance from everyone involved with the project, whether the sub-contractors he used or his own crew. I can now say that we are very thrilled with our “new” home!

I highly recommend Palladium to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, skilled, and competitively priced contractor. We were not disappointed, and I don’t think you would be either.

Orusha and Ashkan deserve more than five stars!! From the very beginning, we received the best service and support. We hired Palladium to handle our addition (new bed with master bath) and enclosure of the outdoor patio. We also worked with them to redo our concrete driveway and handle a gate installation. From day one, we had a group chat that kept us informed and allowed us to communicate easily. Orusha and Ashkan went above and beyond for us in terms of figuring out permits, chasing contractors, organizing timelines, etc. We were able to work together each step of the way.

The work that Palladium completed is professional and BEAUTIFUL! I am so happy with our new additions. We will only use Palladium in the future. Highly recommended!!

We hired Samuel Fleisher and the Urban Group in March 2017 to rescue us from a two and a half year nightmare at the hands of one of South Florida’s many incompetent and unscrupulous so called contractors. Samuel found a project which needed an indeterminate amount of remediation before he even could begin the daunting job of finishing the project to the five star level we expected.

Samuel, a trained engineer, objectively assessed the state of the project and provided us with a realistic project plan and estimate, which would allow him to provide us with the home that would meet our high expectations. While there were some unexpected land mines left by the prior builder, and some other surprises along the way, Samuel and his partner, Mariano Isman (a trained architect) tackled each challenge with professionalism and provided creative and practical solutions to keep the job moving forward. Urban has an excellent in house staff of skilled craftsmen, and a team of loyal and responsive subcontractors, all of whom provided a finished product at the highest level.

My wife and I were demanding clients, having been conditioned by our previous horrifying experience. But, in the end Samuel and Mariano provided us with the high end dream house we originally conceived, and our original nightmare has become to become a fuzzy memory. And best all, we now feel that we can count both Samuel and Mariano among our friends and know they will continue to stand by their work. We recommend Samuel, Mariano, and The Urban Group without qualification.

A great working experience with this team - true pros, easy to work with and real partners in a business where that is truly rare to find. We worked with the Urban Group team since 2015 on a particularly complicated remodel/restoration of a Miami Beach mid-century-modern home. They were picked after a careful vetting process of approximately 15 contractors. They were very close in scope and pricing as the other finalist firm but were very professional in how they addressed the scope of work and respected that I wanted to source most materials and such. They have been a true pleasure to work with in a project that had many ups and downs, we always knew we could count on them to do what they said they would do and to provide honest, timely and quality work. I highly recommend this team and would readily hire them again.
