GLK Construction have just completed a 6 week renovation on my home. Gary and his crew headed up by Fritz have done some of the highest quality work I’ve seen. They are on time, on budget and treated our home and us with care and concern. They recommended sub contractors that also had the high standards to complement GLK’s work.
I would recommend them without reservation.

This was the best experience with my 'old house' maintenance (and improvement) since I've been back in Florida. The guys who did the work were top notch. They were on time and creative as they repurposed wood that couldn't be replaced. They were great. I wished I could have had them do other things on the house that wasn't included in the original work request. I will definitely call Gary, GLK Construction, for future work.

Garry, hands down is the best contractor i have ever come into contact with in North America. Absolutely honest, caring and professional. He explains everything to you and holds your hand at every step of the way. I went to him, after the previous contractor did a poor job and defrauded me in the process and boy I tell you if it wasn’t for Garry, I don’t know how I would have ever close these permits. If you are building from scratch or renovating or having permit/contractor trouble, Gary is your guy in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas.

We have worked with GLK Construction for almost a decade and they are great! They respond quickly, stay prompt on the job sites, and their work is impeccable. Having lived in Florida for many years I am very thankful to have been referred to Gary who impressed me from the moment I met him. He is always prompt and very fair with his pricing but most importantly he communicates quickly and effectively throughout the process of every project he has performed for me. I almost do not want to post this review because he is always busy and I worry he will get too big to give me the attention he does as well as all the family and friends of mine he has since done work for but he is as fast in response today as he always has been so he is someone you can put your trust in and proves it every single time.

I was driving by and decided to stop in for a personal consultation and ask a few questions. A woman came out and, without opening the door, gestured to ask "what do you need?" I replied that I wanted to talk. She then gestured for me to get lost and left without opening the door. I didn't expect such customer service. I do not recommend this place.

My friends said I was crazy. A renovation from 1200 miles away can't be done. Well, they are wrong, so wrong. Gary met with my wife and I before the project started and went over all details. His Forman Chuck emailed me progress pictures everyday, addressed every concern and promptly answered all my questions. The finished product is nothing short of spectacular. These guys truly went above and beyond to make this the easiest home renovation I have ever done.

I can't say enough good things about GLK Construction. Gary (general contractor) and Michelle (architect) have overseen extensive renovations on my home. Michelle's ability to translate my vision into incredible design is second to none. Gary goes above and behind to suggest ideas and provide the most expert construction I have experienced. (We worked on two extensive phases together--both the interior and exterior of my house.) Do not hesitate to use GLK Construction. You will not be disappointed.

We just finished a complete remodel of our 1950's home and to say it was a stressful and daunting undertaking is an understatement. But we were very fortunate to have been able to work with GLK Construction. Gary and his entire team are absolutely amazing in every way and really made this project as easy as possible. We hired GLK Construction to add an extension to our house. We needed a playroom for our son. Gary and his team were incredible. From the design phase to the permitting stage to the building and completion stage, the entire project was amazing, on time and on budget. The extension was perfect. it looks like part of the original house, but even nicer. Solid build and even things we thought would be difficult (like moving a door mid-build) was a piece of cake because Gary made it easy. His guys show up at 7 am on the dot every morning and work until 5 pm (or later). We whole-heartedly recommend Gary and his crew. They are fantastic.

H-18 is amazing! They were my design built firm for my new construction project. Even though permitting took longer than expected they made sure to adjust their schedule to accommodate the new start date which was very critical to me. The project is ongoing and pending completion. So far communication and transparency has been great. I recommend h-18 and I will post an update when the project is complete. Scheduled about 4 companies to come by and quote me on my home extension. Among all, Dekel was the most professional. He gave me a meticulous break down on cost, material, labor, and timing. In regards to all of that, he was not off. The quality of the work is spectacular and I feel as though nothing was renovated in my home. Everything looks blended in as if the new addition always existed. I look forward to having him do my roof next. Thank you H-18 and thank you Dekel.
