Service Queen was a pleasure to work with and made my backyard look more beautiful than I could have imagined.

You can see in the attached pictures the rotting deck I was dealing which was a major safety hazard for my guests. They walked me through different options and guided me towards replacing the entire deck & existing concrete with pavers, including steps.

The result was a stunning new backyard which looks much more spacious and open while being easier to maintain. They also took care of redoing my pool coping and tiles at an unbeatable price.

Bashar was amazing to work with and was VERY responsive via text & phone call.

His workers are FAST - they completed the entire job in about 4 days, working very long hours.

Would 100% recommend again and will be doing buisness with them in the future.

They completed a few paver repairs, leveling and small paver extension for us. The team was very responsive, reasonably priced and did great work on an efficient timeline! We would absolutely work with them again.

The condo I live in made the mistake of contracting RTI for a restoration project. Initially the estimated time for completion was 18 months. We are already over a year in and the project will take more than an additional year. This company is a total joke, most unprofessional people. You can see there's not even people working, days go by and zero progress. Do yourself a favor and select another company or make sure you have a good attorney.
