We have been using their services for more than two years, and their service is excellent! The pool of our home looks beautiful. In addition to maintaining the pool they also do pool equipment repairs and they have a fast response time! I highly recommend their service.

Where to start! This is not a pool company. They lied from a day 1 saying they are. They’re a “General Contractor” for pools. Basically middle man hiring contractors to do different jobs and manage. Which even that they could not accomplish! Hired this company for full deck renovation including new plaster of my pool. From day 1 it was terrible. They never showed up on time, always excuses. They installed the tiles incorrectly and faulty. Didn’t even grout the tiles. Once they received payment they stopped showing up and not only they didn’t finish the job but their job was faulty. As per the pool plaster , Marcelo the owner claiming to be a pool company owner and his specialty, couldn’t find a contractor to work in the pool. Once he did find and finish the pool, it was faulty and left my pool with stains that are not fixable. Also the coping was a disaster and he could not finish the project. He said give it 1 month and it would be fine. It’s been over 3 months and it’s only gotten worse. The whole project is a disaster. I have to redo everything from scratch costing me double. Now there’s a leak and my pool levels keep dropping.

I tried reaching out to him for over 1 month and no response. Stay away from this company. Pressing charges is the only option I have now because it cost me about $50k with them.

My pool heater broke down, 15 years old. I googled pool company’s in my area and L’Acqua Azzurra was one of the top and with all 5 Star reviews. I called and Marcelo immediately answered and said I’m actually in your neighborhood at another job and can stop over. He stopped over within an hour. He checked everything out and confirmed that unfortunately I did need a new heater, this wasn’t a surprise. Marcelo went over my options with different brands and sizes and why he’d recommend one over the other. I made my decision to proceed and within the hour I had my quote. I confirmed that I wanted to proceed and Marcelo said excellent I’ll have the new heater delivered tomorrow and installed the following day. Living in South Florida we know how hard it is to find good quality contractors that actually show up. I was blown away with Marcelo’s communication, professionalism and efficiency! New heat installed in less than 2 days!!! If you need anything for your pool you only need to make one call and that’s to L’Acqua Azzurra!!!

I have been using Laqua Azzurra for over five years without any problems,but last month in April I had a problem with the water in my house and my pool turned green .I called Marcello,the owner and explained that the pool was green and that I knew that it was not his problem but I needed help to correct the the issue.
He came the same day fixed the problem and never sent me a bill.
In the days we are living it says a lot about the person’s character.
I always have recommended them.
Today I recommend this company more than ever.

I researched and got quotes from 4 different companies when trying to find a company to resurface our pool. I just was not feeling it with the companies that came out. After we signed they began work within a week. He communicated through the process and everything was completed within 2 weeks. Our pool looks amazing!! This pool company is on the take. I have used them for over two years. Rather than having their pool tech actually check the condition of my filter, they contacted me to tell me that my filter was "due for changing." Can't the pool tech actually look at the filter and make thet determination? Turns out the answer is "yes" they would just rather make money in the replacement. Then they increased my monthly rate by $10 per month without discussing it with me. They told me that they sent me a letter during the prior month "announcing it." I guess they just feel that regardless of the state of the world, they can squeeze people a little harder. Well I announced to them yesterday that their services are no longer needed!

I want to thank the Laz pool team for doing such an amazing job with my pool. Everything looks beautiful! I truly appreciate the care and attention they provide, every time I need something, they show up right away and take care of it. My pool is always clean, never has any issues, and their work is simply impeccable.
Now I can truly enjoy my weekends with friends and family.

Can’t say enough good things about Marcelo. We just completed a total pool renovation and are completely satisfied with his work. Even during renovation when a leak occurred while refilling the pool he was constantly determined to keep everything under control until the problem was resolved.
We replaced all our old equipment with the latest technology and are extremely pleased. Even his weekly attendant Pedro was very helpful as we were in the process of renovation. Everyone in his small group of servicemen are extremely helpful and professional.
