Top Notch Pros! From the first interaction to the last, very friendly, informative and professional. We've had our roof cleaned in the past and it has never looked so good. We also had them pressure clean our back patio area and driveway and same as the roof, day and night better than the other companies we've used in the past. We also had our driveway sealed and it looks beautiful! Next time we will also have our roof cleaned and sealed, really a nice fresh look. I am so happy with every interaction with this company. True pros. We will hire them again for sure, no question. Outstanding service and workmanship. Very happy!

We have had a few specialists from ServPro assist us with our property but Keith specifically has gone above and beyond in aiding us during our water / flooding issue. He gave us an ETA as to timeframes for arrivals and departures, came to check on the issue on a weekend to make sure everything was running smooth, he explained to us in depth about the inner workings of the work he completed during the visit and overall - is incredibly knowledgable and personable. He made us feel heard when we talked about what was happening and then made us feel educated and aware of what was going on which left our minds at ease. I would recommend Keith for any project / restoration to anyone wanting 5 star service.

Hired Servpro to complete a job job for our hospital department. They were very professional made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. They also had an inspector look to make sure the job was done correctly which made it even more thorough. The job looks amazing very happy with the service. Victor was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Jackson and Carlos did professional work today. I observed that they were very well organized and knew what to do.

On Tuesday after Memorial Day, my water heater gave out and flooded my closet, my dining room, my guest bathroom, and parts of my kitchen. I called ServPro and Rodrigo & Fabiola came out and did an exceptional job with cleaning up the flood water, installing the dryer equipment, and knowledgeable with all my questions. Igor came out Wednesday and did an equipment and also very knowledgeable. Same with Ralph on Thursday. Fabiola came back on Saturday and did one last check. An error from the day prior involving the removal of the equipment did not fully dry a section of the wall that we thought was a loss cause, but she repositioned the dryer so today it fully dried. I’m very, very impressed with her due diligence and persistence in helping to solve that issue. Highly recommend their service and will use them in the future should a situation arise again.

He actually called and educated the contractor that messed up my house on how important it was to get this taken care of quickly. Had a leak that needed some attention at 10:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. That's where Ralph and Jefferson took over at service pro Fort Lauderdale South. They took their time to analyze the leak and set up their equipment accordingly. Overall a positive experience and I would use them again if I need their services

I had old pipe and it broke and caused leakage damage on drywall carpet. Mold inspection was conducted out of my pocket in order for mold mitigation to start. During mold mitigation, Drywall was torn down, along with carpet, A/C and water heater were disconnected. When Mold test after the mitigation passed, mold mitigation work is considered completed. I was told mitigation bill was already paid by insurance and confirmed by insurance company as well. But after couple days I received email from Servpro stating the claim name not match, and received an email with the similar amount which already confirmed paid couple days ago. And that bill come again. Now I’m scared. And I stuck with torn drywall with no A/C or hot water. I cannot find vent screen for drywall repair after mold mitigation. I asked but got no reply. And negotiation for reconstruction can be so tricky when one is in a situation of partial demolition. I liked the crew who did a thorough mold cleaning work. But recently after the mold mitigation and billing incidence, I’m not sure. People warned me about billing disputes. It’s good to be well informed.
