Well this is Patricia sandmeyer writing a general cleaning report for Carlos Hernandez project manager and technicians Fabiola and Alejandro from Servpro. we first met Carlos win I requested someone come and see me about an estimate for cleaning up damage from impact windows there was destruction inside the house and I needed carpets and walls and floors and dishes and furniture all cleaned so the first appointment was to talk about my needs the second time he came he came and we did an estimate of what I wanted to do and he walked through the house and I explained to him how we had lived here so long but we had a lot of collections that meant a lot to us and we were concerned about them Carlos was very patient with us and kind and knew how much these collections meant to us and he would make sure that that they would see that we were taken care of the crew came and and Carlos came also to introduce us to the crew and they worked one day cleaning cleaning cleaning just the bedrooms we had three bedrooms and two bathrooms and they worked one whole day just cleaning those they did floor to ceiling and the windows and the furniture and anything that was sitting on the furniture or in the furniture and they did a beautiful job I was so pleased and the care that they took to make sure the one thing about Carlos he was very sensitive to the fact that we had these collections and how much they meant to us they're not important to anybody but us but they were important and he made sure that the crew knew about it and that they would take care of them and they did they were very good not one piece was hurt not one piece was broken nothing was chipped everything was put back in place they wiped every single thing down and believe me there was a lot to wipe you want the names of the crew

We had an issue with mold in two of our apartments that we use for Airbnb. I contacted Servpro and they started the cleanup the next day! They had large crews handling the very detailed cleanup. I have never seen such a detailed deep clean on a home before. Thank you Nick (project manager) and his team Jonathan, Luis, Jefferson, and Katherine. Thank you all so much!!

Outstanding flood and water restoration service! The team was professional, clean, and extremely careful in protecting our office equipment by properly taping and covering everything in plastic. They provided the right equipment to dry carpets and walls, closely monitored humidity levels, and took the time to educate us on the technical details and explain each step of the process. Always on time and very reliable—highly recommended!

Servpro was chosen at Horizons West in Siesta Key as the overall contractor for 60 villas with hurricane damage and they chose Dream Contractors to do the work. Big mistake Dream is not even credited with the BBB nor licensed! Ryan Moore from Servpro was our only blessing and he truly tried to help in any way that he could. Karolina and staff were nothing but rude and lied multiple times to us and many other villa owners. No professionalism in emails, shotty work, work wasn’t up to code and many other issues. Dream Contractors owner Sam lied that our Villa was done and cleaned because I flew into SK in June to find otherwise and had to stay in hotel for the week. Our Villa had no working toilets, no water and everything from kitchen cabinets was scattered all over bedroom floors, lights were missing, kitchen cabinet hardware was missing etc and place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! This was the 3rd time I had to change my flight and delivery of all new furniture because Servpro changed the dates because it wasn’t complete. Furniture came 8am morning after I flew into SK night before and I had to pay Rooms to Go delivery guys $200 each to move everything around so they could get new furniture in plus bought them lunch. Because of Dreams lie I was asking for reimbursement of which they won’t pay a dime, Servpro that is responsible for Dream won’t pay a dime and Karolina was soooo rude!! Horizons West Management that is responsible and hired Servpro won’t pay a dime of these expenses either. DO NOT HIRE Dream Contractors nor Servpro for ANYTHING!!!!!😡😡 they both should be put out of business

The technician Jackson and jasmine were excellent. The cleaning was done very professionally. And with a lot of care, I really appreciate the detailed work and how nice my place looks. The mold was completely gone after they finished.

We hired Servpro Reconstruction Services to redo our condo after extensive water damage. They did a great job from start to finish . The quality of the work was top notch and the communication with the Servpro team was easy and timely . The project manager was very accommodating and even made some great suggestions on materials . I would recommend them without hesitation.

My experience started with Leon to evaluate my restoration project. Leon Was very professional and helpful with filing my insurance claim while he was here. Shortly, after that, Jefferson arrived to start the process of drying my unit after there was a flooding issue Jefferson did a fantastic job of repairing my unit and installing the equipment to start removing any moisture. Jefferson did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what would be the next steps in the process. He was extremely professional and friendly.

Jose and Ralph were absolutely fantastic! They arrived right on time, quickly assessed the water damage, and got straight to work with professionalism and care. They took the time to protect my furniture, seal off the area, and explain exactly what they were doing every step of the way.

Their attention to detail was impressive they worked efficiently, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the job was done right. It’s clear they both take great pride in their work.

What could’ve been a stressful experience was made easy thanks to their knowledge, patience, and communication. I highly recommend Jose and Ralph to anyone in need of water damage or mitigation services. Excellent team!

Thank you so much, Servpro. From my initial meeting/assessment by Desmond, he put my mind at ease, and I didn’t feel so overwhelmed. When I walked into my house to find the loss, water was everywhere, and the smell was terrible. Our 2nd floor bathroom pipe burst, and our kitchen, living & dining rooms, and half bath was ruined. An inch of water sat on our 1st tile floor and carpet for 1 day.
Desmond responded quickly, and his team was onsite the next day ripping out sheetrock and flooring to minimize mold growth. The mitigation crew led by Jonathan & Max informed me of their daily approach and started work without hesitation. Jonathan & Max’s team worked around the clock and put in 10 hour days.
Every day, I stopped by in the morning, and I was amazed at what the crew accomplished the previous day. They moved of all of our furniture and protected/packed carefully all family belongings. I can’t say more about their professionalism, cleanliness, and politeness of the mitigation crew. They smiled and just took care of business every day. I was so impressed with their hard work each day, and they cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I really appreciate all of the work they have done this entire week. This coming Spring, I know my family will breathe easier knowing that all water damaged housing flooring, molding wood, and sheetrock was removed. God bless the team! :)

The scheduling and appointment was easy, prompt and on time. Upon arrival, the technicians James realized that I had a bigger issue. I no longer had a dryer vent tube. They quickly pivoted, installed a new vent, brought my system up to code and did so on the spot, quickly and for a reasonable price when they could have taken advantage of my situation.
