The unfortunate part about living in a flood area, when it rains it pours. My living room and partial bedroom was flooded due to all the water from the streets coming into my place. From the moment I reached out to the good folks at SourceOne, I knew I was in good hands. They were able to schedule me quick, was professional and very thorough with vacuuming the water and getting rid of all the water damaged parts. Was able to get some recs on a contractor to fix part of my house upfront so it doesn’t happen again during rainy season. A third party mold testing company came in after the work was completed, and found that we were totally mold free. My utility room flooded a couple months ago with all the heavy rain we had in Fort Lauderdale. I called SourceOne and spoke with the manager Lenny, he sent his technician Steven out the same day! Steven was very professional and explained every thing he was setting up to remove the water and dry out the room. After that he left the equipment there for a couple of days in order to ensure everything had dryed out. He would call every day to check in. So very thankful for this company to have come in and save the day.

Great experience with SourceOne. The property had an arduous situation that caused massive flooding into the elevator pit of a building on-site. Called SourceOne and within 45 minutes of making the call, a truck, two employees and even the Vice President Mr. Lenny Brooks were on-site. Soon after, the water excavating truck was here to begin the water extraction from the pit, and Lenny stayed with me (past midnight) to oversee the emergency call was completed to the properties' satisfaction. The crew was extremely efficient, professional and courteous. SourceOne Property Restoration Group was very responsive and provided excellent service for a flooding situation that my unit experienced recently. Their team was knowledgeable and brought in the necessary equipment to assure the remediation was done efficiently and effectively The service was done promptly including the final air quality testing to assure the unit was able to be occupied.
