Ralph arrived on time, did all the photos and measurements needed, removed the baseboards and drilled holes as needed, placed the baseboards where they could be replaced with some certainty, cleaned up thoroughly. He placed equipment and taped down hose and cords for safety. At every point, he explained what was happening,answered all my questions, and explained what's to come in the next few days. Very polite, professional, and personable.

Nick came the rescue. We had severe mold build up in a room and within 24 hours of making a phone call Nick was onsite and ready to go. He was professional, insightful, and guided us to a thoughtful solution. Although we hope to not have mold again, if we do, Nick is our first call.

The service was excellent and at a reasonable price. The supervisor Ms Stephanie is a professional, great communicator. We received daily updates keeping us engaged at each stage of this process. The manager on site was Keith and he provided excellent customer service. He was always responsive to feedback.
He and his crew did a really good job of removal and cleaning throughout. I appreciate their professionalism and the work ethics of his whole team.
The other members of Keith's team were Ralp, Jef, Jonathon and Max. They all did an excellent job. The process was seemless as they never waver from their primary duty, satisfying the customer. GREAT JOB!!!

We chose ServPro Ft Lauderdale South to take care of a massive water leak in our condo. They arrived quickly after the damage occurred, and from then on to finish, they took care of the remediation, mold assessment, cleaning, drywall, disposal, painting, etc. Alex and Desmond immediately responded to our emails and calls (we were remote while this happened), and the repair crew of CJ, Jackson, Keith and Fabialo were the "A" team for us....very professional, very responsive and very thorough.
