We were referred to Armando at ACP Construction by a friend of ours. From beginning till the end, the process has been smooth and easy. It took less than 2 weeks to tear off the old roof and put a new one on, everything went as promised and expected. ACP is an excellent construction company and now we have a beautiful flat tile roof and a newly painted house! It looks amazing and we are so happy with it.

Let me start off by saying that Armando (My Rep) is great to work with!! He was straightforward with me from the beginning and everything he said was going to happen, did. He prepared me for the worst case scenario but I got the best outcome. As a single mom it's hard to find companies you can trust. ACP is a company I would & will RECOMMEND!! They were on time, clean, efficient and fast. With the help of Armando, I got a new roof and they painted the exterior of my house. I recently hired Morrison Contractors. They are in the process of closing out permits for my project. I will update my review once the permits are closed out.

Rebuilt my dock (actually a deck over a lake) with composite decking and new stringers. Very professional and skilled. Great attention to detail. Outstanding work.

My new remodeled dock came out better than I expected, they have a great team working in every department of the company, specially Pancho, he made sure every square inch of the dock was perfect in every way, he is a true professional.

Mike and crew did a great job building new stairs at the entrance to my Hollywood Hills home. This was a small job but they treated me like a big time customer. Three other carpenters could not figure this job out. Mike had a plan in minutes and his crew knocked it out in one day.
These are quality people. Thank Mike and crew.

- Horrible Customer Service - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I called Morrison as they were recommended by TREX to install composite decking, and spoke to the receptionist to setup an appt. I was told I would receive a call back that day, which never happened. The next day I contacted them again, and this time they setup an appt to have a rep bid our job.

Upon arrival the rep made it seem like installing a deck was rocket science, requiring architectural drawings in the thousands, a roofer to come in and install a roof under the deck (more thousands), and thousands more in labor to build it. Anyone with a little construction experience knows that building a deck is far easier than framing a house, and anyone with basic skills can do it. Aside from his "this is going to cost you an arm and a leg" trying to sell me all sorts of things I didn't need, he was very proud of the fact that "we tend to be higher priced than other companies", which in my mind shows arrogance. When a job is done to permit, it really doesn't matter much who does it, and when someone costs more it's because they feel entitled, not because they offer a better product (all quotes with same materials and design).

The next problem is that I waited 4 days after the rep came to my home before calling the company to ask where my quote was. I was informed "you'll still need to hire an architect and roofer, as those won't be included in the bid", and told that the rep would email me the quote that afternoon as he was too busy at the time. It's been another 24 hours and no response...

NEEDLESS TO SAY WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS TO ASK OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO GET A PRICE FOR A JOB, IT'S TIME TO LOOK AT OTHER COMPANIES. This company could care less about it's customers and just looks at you as a big dollar sign. Do yourself a favor and find yourself an honest, reputable builder and stay away from these jokes.
