Expert air is RELIABLE and they came to fix our unit on LABOR DAY. They could have taken the weekend off, but they were available for us. NICE PEOPLE> and dependable. excellent work. Worth signing up for their maintenance program. 26 years with them. I can't imagine living in Florida without them.

I’m not one to write reviews. However, Expert Air have been reliable, efficient, and honest contractors. As a single woman you worry about being taken advantage of when you call a company for service. I can always rely on technicians to be honest and customer service concerning dispatch is impeccable. I would call them for any air conditioning needs.

Recently, I had an AC inspection done on a condo I bought in Pompano. I used Expert Air Advice on a previous property I owned and decided to reconnect with them.

I spoke to Emily who was professional and friendly. She helped me get an estimate on the AC maintenance suggested from the inspection report. The appointment was set, and I was given all the details what to expect.

The morning of the appointment, David called me to let me know he was on his way to the condo. He arrived before I did and was professional, friendly and even had his mask for COVID requirements. David went through each line item on the inspection report thoroughly and explained everything in detail. We got on the roof and he gave a lot of detail on my compressor compared to the newer ones in my building. In addition, he gave me some pointers and helpful things to consider while assessing my unit going forward. He did not miss a thing, and I learned so much in the short period time he was there. Finally, he gave me his prognosis on what to expect over the next 6-12 months given this is an older unit. In the end, David cut my bill in half because he did things the right way. FYI, I called 2 other companies because I like to make comparisons. These are companies that had good reviews as well. One did not even return my call. The other gave me a hard time about giving me an estimate. Nothing more to say. You have my recommendation to go with Expert Air Advice. Thank you Emily and David:-)

We've been using Expert Air Advice for close to 10 years now. They've always been professional, courteous and friendly. I've only interacted with two employees (Emily, in the office and Randy, while on the job) and each interaction is always pleasant. They've always taken the time to answer any questions or address any concerns I've had. The prices seem to be on par with other vendors (but I'll gladly pay a bit more knowing I'm getting quality work). We recently replaced our 15 year old central air unit with a new one. Randy came out and had our old unit removed and new unit installed, all within a couple of hours. They serviced our old AC a few times before and I'll continue to call them when needed on our new unit.

It is such a pleasure to find a company who takes such pride pride in their work, from their scheduling to their technicians. Dave was punctual, knowledgable, honest, and went above and beyond during the service call. We will continue to not only use Expert Air Advice, but will recommend them to friends and family, as well as social media platforms.

62 years old and have experienced thousands of service calls over a lifetime. My experience with Expert Air was the best service experience I have ever had. It started with Emily, who answered the phone and patiently listened to the long and complicated details of our air conditioning problem. She was able to give their technician, Anthony a head start on our problem, even prior to his arrival. Anthony was absolutely terrific. Patient, highly knowledgeable, highly skilled, with a terrific personality. He went well above the call of duty educating us on our system, providing great advice on operation while away for extended periods, avoiding mold challenges, as well as getting us up and running! The experience could not have been better!!!

Expert Air Advice is awesome! My AC needed to be replaced in the midst of a heat wave and Dave and Anthony were able to get the system installed in record time. Their installation of a new Rheem system was beautifully done and their attention to detail was excellent. They corrected original install mistakes and completely improved the system inside and outside the house. I have been using Expert Air Advice for many years but this install showed how they truly are "Expert."

Outstanding service. I have used Expert Air for probably 10 years for my rental properties and my own home and they are a great company to do business with. They have always been super responsive and always do a great job. Dave usually responds for repairs and also changed out numerous air handlers and outside units. With his attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism, I feel he is doing the same quality that he would for his own family. Kudos for having great techs and office staff. This company is the best! I had a couple of guys come out to do some work on my heating and air conditioning, but they were so unprofessional that they couldn't even get it right. We had two two surge protectors installed by Premier Heating & Air Conditioning Inc on the Tran e heat pump system to eliminate flickering power surges that causes the system to shut down and restart. Flickering power affects the Tran e system but not our Leno heat pump. I depend on them to service our AC systems. Their techs are knowledgeable and efficient.
