I needed my AC serviced at my restaurant, on a busy evening during foodservice. Needless to say, we were all damp from sweat and humidity. I called and LJ Air Conditioning fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. They were knowledgeable and professional. And even cleaned up after themselves. (I had to replace my thermostat) they’re always my go to for sure!

I called and they said 1 hour and a half. I believe they were at my door when I got off the phone. Their service is excellent.. I had them when I needed a new A/C, a few years ago.They came bright and early. They were in and out on the same day.

My original issue was June 23rd and was not completely fixed till July 21st. The first day Ken came and added Freon and had to come back a week later to add more Freon not realizing it was leaking, he came back the following weekend to change the entire unit out only to add the WRONG FREON in the new unit when I called him everyday for week he kept saying give it some time for the unit to cool down. During this week the unit never turned off even while on auto. He came out changed the thermostat and the unit still was blowing warm air and never went down pass 77 degrees in the house. I finally got frustrated and call the number listed on google spoke with a different owner/boss who came out and told me THE WRONG FREON was added and that he would come back the following day with the correct one. After almost a month the new unit is finally working correctly. I could only imagine how much my Light bill will be this month. I do not recommend.

We live in Whitehouse, just outside of Tyler. We had a problem with our heat pump outside unit, not running in the heat mode. Although, this company is now based in Jacksonville, they service a large area and their service call charge is less than some local A/C companies. They had a repair crew working in the area, returned our call and were here in about an hour! They tested the outside unit, the upstairs unit and determined that the thermostat was the problem. They replaced the thermostat and the outside unit immediately came back online. Great, friendly, knowledgeable technicians, who are a pleasure to work with. I will use them again! R Lynch
