I asked Jason to recently come by and fix my air conditioner, but instead of coming by to fix the problem, it seems he was more so outside just standing around smoking a black and mild while talking on the phone. In my eyes that is unprofessional, and unmanly like in all ways. Mind you prior to this incident, he came by the middle of last month to check on my water heater, and almost caught my house on fire, by using the wrong tools, and not paying full attention to his work. I would like if he no longer worked for this company, because I have been dealing with this company for a very long time, and every time they send that guy Jason out to fix something on my house or land, something always goes wrong.

I had Jason come and do a in and do install in one my units I recently leased out. My tenant called and made a complaint to me that the worker they had come out was very flirtatious and it made her uncomfortable. Due to no one else was home at the time. Not only that but the brand new unit I paid for is now leaking. I called back to request they have someone come look at it, I also requested to not have him come back due to my tenant being uncomfortable. It took them 3 days to com back out to. This company has cause me a big inconvenience. Not only did he ruin the brand new unit I just paid for. But I also have to pay to get the water damage that was done fixed. As well as time I have a very unhappy tenant. Highly would not recommend this company.

Jason was great, arriving less than 2 hours after calling for a broken mini split. He was prompt, courteous and, and addressed the issue immediately. I will absolutely call them back for future AC needs!

Hands down the best ac company I've dealt with in the last 20 years After calling several and getting the run around. I called and spoke to Jason who came out the same day at 10:30 pm did a coil clean and had us up and running this evening. Excellent customer service and he even kept my house clean while doing the repairs. I will recommend him to anyone who ask. I will be sleeping cool tonight and with no headaches. 10/10 recommendation!

With the humidity close to the water or upstairs unit always struggles, but yesterday it completely stopped cooling. The tech understood the issue we tend to see in these older Coral ridge homes in immediately spotted corrosion in the capacitor. Which he said is common in this neighborhood. It's rare to find a company that actually knows the courts of these homes in East fort Lauderdale but the system is now running colder than it ever has! We use them for all of our rental houses in Victoria Park too. This air conditioning repair companies always reliable across both neighborhoods
