Wish I could have said better things about these guys, but as it stands I don't have the extended warranty because they didn't mention I should register the unit with the manufacturer upon installation. Now that there's an issue with the unit, they're dragging their feet to come and repair. Difficult (virtually impossible) to get a hold of on the phone, non-responsive to texts and email.

They were professional, warranty covered most of repair and is now working as good as new. Thank you for the expert repairs, even after a few unseen problems popped up. I will recommend Fahrenheit AC to any friend and any member.

This company replaced my heat pump three weeks ago. The entire experience was a disaster. The original estimator said it would take three days but the team only had one day to do the job. In their haste they tore apart my entire house thermostat. They are supposed to come back here on Wednesday to fix it. We just got back from a trip and found our entire house at 99°F. The system was calling for cooling, but they must've hooked up backwards because The heat pump is heating the house instead of cooling it. The produce we had in our fruit bowl melted. I have called them repeatedly and press the emergency button for the emergency technician and it has hung up on me every single time.

I am not sure how we will sleep tonight. I turned the system off and I am hoping some wind will calm and cool it off enough for us to sleep.

I am beyond upset. It will take a lot to make this right.

After consulting with several ac companies (about 6 or 7) Olbry at Fahrenheit was the only one to know how to fix my air flow problem in my house.

Hi ! I had a very noisy a/c. I knew something was wrong. I asked around if anyone could recommend an a/c repairman and someone mentioned Fahrenheit AC. I went to their site, filled the form and within minutes they were getting back to me. I finally had to change my system (I already knew it...). All through this process I only had GREAT service. They always call to let you know they're on their way. Always on time. Just GREAT service. If you have a problem with your AC, quit looking, call Fahrenheit A/C, they're just great !

If you have had a good experience with these folks, I'm glad to hear it. Our experience was not so good... Called them for a repair estimate for our aging parents whose Air Conditioning had just failed leaving them very uncomfortable and on a limited budget. Fahrenheit charged $67 for the visit & estimate which was not applicable to the repair. The job estimate came to $1109 with no breakdown of the individual line items and their cost.
After reviewing several other repair service options on Yelp, I called another HVAC Service provider. They sent a repair technician the following day to do an estimate for $50 which was then applied to the repair bill. The problem? A defective motor-start capacitor. The total repair bill was $173. Edgar fixed the problem on the spot and their AC was restored, and the folks are very happy.

I ll never use Fahrenheit again. Just a bunch of thieves.
