The men came same day, on time, and worked in impossible heat to get our A/C working. They had the necessary parts and did the job in one visit.

Techs were great to work with as they installed our furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly and professional. Even during the pandemic, they were able to get everything installed and working within the day. They made sure they were social distancing and keeping us updated on what they were doing to keep themselves and us safe and healthy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of home repair service. Technicians came out 3 times. One was a no call, no show. Charged $400 for a Freon refill and after the ac still was blowing warm told my wife to just turn the thermostat down to 67. Third appointment was an hour late and basically told me the unit needed to be replaced. Hired another company and they had it fixed and blowing cold in one hour. It was a $50 cleaning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

The technician came to give us an estimate for a new furnace since two other companies had recommended getting one. However, during the course of the tech visit he fixed the two problems that the other technicians had missed. He was thorough and exact in his diagnostics, great to work with. Hello, this company is the worst experience you can have, from unauthorized permissions that make you believe that they are real and do not exist since they disappear and you will never do it again to solve the bad work

Called them on a friday night because my AC broke, they came the next day (saturday) and changed my unit for a new one. True gentlemen, perfect job. Thank you!

Do not respect time of appointment
I did ask for invoice because they charged me a lot to clean the pipe bring me a sheet with invoice on it but no number on the sheet it’s kind of a maintenance contract he want to get cash money I did not have enough with me
I want to use my credit card they don’t want .. I had to pay with a check without a real invoice…..he is putting cash in is pocket
