Fast service; I was lucky to have an appointment available the same day. My building is tricky and requires a lot of paperwork to access the roof; the collaboration to gather all necessary documents was very fast. The techs arrived on time, provided the labor estimate, and completed a huge job with the warranty parts.
Tech appeared professionally, well-dressed, and equipped with blankets to protect the floor.

So tried Cool It Air Conditioning for thermostat replacement and I'm honestly impressed. true expert, really quick. They fit me in even though they were busy. Two thumbs up.
