I have used Fahrenheit AC for several years now, since purchasing my condo. This includes a new system installed, which was needed during COVID, when A/C systems were hard to come by.
Ever since, I have done my regular maintenance, with their very reasonable maintenance programs, and also have had my air ducts cleaned. The technicians are knowledgeable and very friendly, and many have been around for years. And most important, they are completely reliable, and if a service call is needed, they are there on the spot! Very important as we live in Florida! A/C is the most essential, as far as I’m concerned. I’ve never had to wait for any service call.
I am so grateful for this wonderful company, and their extremely reliable team. Thank you.

He fully explained what my A/C problem was, what needed to be done, and also recommended and explained an additional service item - which I agreed to that would prevent future issues! ... Additionally, he mentioned a service contract for two maintenance visits for a year at a very reasonable price .... which I signed up for ... this will ensure my A/C unit will be maintained to alleviate future issues! ... They came out here last year 2023 for a thorough check, cleaning and maintenance. They came out last week to maintenance My AC this year and is working amazing!! Fahrenheit AC has been one of the best customer service experiences! We've had our new AC for a few weeks and it's been great, especially after being without for a few years.

The lead technician, Olbry, was super courteous and answered all my questions, explained the whole installation process, and didn't mind if I needed to contact him with any additional questions. He seemed happy to help and was patient, two traits in customer service that are lacking with many other companies.

These technicians really know their stuff. They were able to come out and resolve my problem. Isabella at the office called to see how everything went. I couldn’t be happier. I know my AC is in good hands and signed up for their maintenance plan to keep it that way. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience with the company Fahrenheit AC, they were the most competitive in price out of 4 companies but watch out for the issues you could face :
I get them to install a full AC with ducts in a warehouse, I was first offered a 12T while being told it was the size required for the warehouse (neighbors will bigger warehouse had 5T unit + competitor quoted for 5T) which should have been a first indication that they were trying to oversell and not being serious..
Price being competitive when I insisted to get 5T, I decided to proceed with them.
The team was late while we made appointment and I made sure I was early at the location, installation of the ducts wasn’t done properly and I had to talk to owner so that it get all removed and installed straight and leveled the right way! Without the supervisor or owner on site , i had 3-4 guys standing for more than 4hours while things could be done (I ended up asking them to fit the evacuation, after asking if they had material, consumables and equipment today do it and they replied yes yes yes to all my questions...)
A job which was supposed to take couple of days took double the time!
The biggest surprise is that, during installation, thank god it starts raining and I noticed a new leak appearing from the roof (after installation of the unit) and advised the company owner of the same who confirmed that it would be due to their installation and he would fix it.
They attempt to fix it once, didn’t work... then my battle started... calls after calls, trying to get them to come to fix it again and again... came one time, didn’t work again... leak is getting worst and worst so, I asked Olbri to get quotations from roof specialist while ill do the same and we see how we work things out to get that fixed permanently.
I didn’t receive anything (not even been given a company to contact) while I managed to get 3 companies to come and give me quotation to fix it (1400/1500/2500usd). When I called last, it was clear the company, although apparently having licenses, doesn’t have any insurance and per the words of the owner (Olbri) it’s totally normal to have a leaking roof after a unit is installed on a roof (which I highly doubt + if it was really the case he would necessarily partner with a roofing company to guarantee it’s not left to the client to deal with as a last minute surprise!)
Last call, basically been told they roof leak wasn’t anymore their pbs which turns into a final agreement that olbri could contribute of USD400 to the roof fixing .
And since then, I never receive the agreed compensation and I have been blocked on WhatsApp + no response to my messages / calls and I can’t visit them as I’m blocked outside of the country now!

Please think twice before working with this company as in the long run, their work cause me expensive damages to fix!

I’m attaching some pictures for you to judge (the small grey pipe on the floor is the evacuation : I had to tell them I refuse it to be put this way and they need to look at putting elbows to go around the vertical pipe or they would have left it this way!) of the quality of the installation, hope this will help people not to have the same issues as me!

AC and Heating System New Installation. PERFECT SERVICE the Installers were very polite, respectful and VERY professional

My AC kept backing up due to the outside overflow piping being clogged. Consequently, every week or two it had to be shop vac out. It came up with a solution to redo the piping from the air handler to the outside area. So far a week and a half I am in and so far so good.🙏 what I like is they take pride in their work and coming up with solutions to fix the problem in hand.

Had unit installed in Spring 2025, had to place service call for recheck, Isabel very courteous, gave me appointment, she calls to advise techs on the way, and follows up if work done well. The techs know what they are doing, have many years of experience, are efficient. I recommend this company without hesitation.

This is my first time using Fahrenheit AC Inc. Honestly, I truly was impressed. I needed service during the recent cold snap. The owner of the company called back within the hour. Had dispatched a service tech the same day and completed the job by the end of the same day. The service tech's were courteous, clean and knew what they were doing. I have found my new HVAC company in Fahrenheit AC Inc.
