They fixed my ac that's about as positive I can get, they showed up 14 hours after they told me they were gonna show up, with no warning, and then let themselves in the second my SO answered the door, the repairman was hostile and so was the management when I called to voice my complaints.

The cost for the emergency service was surprisingly reasonable, especially given how fast they got here.
