She took the time to explain everything she was doing, refreshed the bait traps thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. I had a really great experience with this pest control company. Even though they required a year contract, coming out every 3 months, they were always willing to come out anytime we needed an additional treatment between scheduled services. Their team was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful with guidance and recommendations.

They did an excellent job helping us get my ant problem under control and maintained, and we always felt like they actually cared about resolving the issue instead of just doing the minimum. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with — highly recommend!

Pretty easy and straightforward process to get this done at home and is a good peace of mind. Erick the tech did the job quickly and efficiently! Time will tell how everything holds up. Only reason I did not give it five stars was because the financing options are clearly punitive with a higher interest rate but it is what it is.

The technician that came out to our home today, Robert Owanikin, was great. He came into the house asked about any issues and was able to find and treat on the spot. He also explained what to look for and to get in touch right away with any new findings to treat. Very polite, quick and efficient. Great experience.

Sal did my home inspection. He explained the nature of termites, how they swarm, how they operate. He checked every nook and cranny of my home thoroughly. He recommended the no-tent in home treatment. The next day, Steven came to perform the treatment. Couldn’t have been nicer, more pleasant. He too explained everything he was doing and how my home was protected. I was extremely pleased with how both gentlemen professionally and personally represented themselves and Native Pest.

Update: Santos came to treat my kitchen for ants. I was satisfied when he located and treated all the ants we could see, and placed bait for them carry back to the nest. But Santos was not satisfied till he found and treated the nest itself! Amazing service!

This company is great on so many levels! I hired them to treat my property for bugs, and they not only offered to maintain my lawn, but also were able to diagnose and treat my fruit trees with animal-safe and child-safe pesticides!!!

**A Complete Scam That Left My Family at Risk**

Over a month ago, I called Greenix in a panic because we were hearing scratching and running noises in our attic. I travel for work and stressed that my wife is home alone—I needed whatever was up there **removed ASAP**. Instead of listening, the phone rep conned me into a 12-month contract.

The technician showed up, glanced around, said he “didn’t see any entry points,” slapped some bait traps around the **outside perimeter**, and left. That was it—no attic inspection, no interior treatment, nothing.

While I was out of town, my wife sent me videos of something **sprinting across the attic and now in the subfloor**. She was terrified. I tried calling Greenix repeatedly—no answer, no callback. I finally reached a local company that promised same-day removal and prevention; they’re coming tomorrow.

Today I called Greenix to cancel. Their response? “You were only scheduled for exterior service—you need to pay extra for interior.” Are you kidding me? I told them from day one I needed the animal **removed**, not a lawn ornament of bait traps.

This company doesn’t solve problems—they **sell contracts**. They ignored my urgency, left my family exposed to whatever is living in our walls, and now want more money to do what they should have done in the first place.

Canceling immediately. Do yourself a favor—find a company that actually listens and shows up to fix the issue, not one that traps you in a year-long scam. Greenix is the biggest waste of time and money I’ve ever dealt with.

Bernard takes care of all the grounds for Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood - Guitar Hotel. He is organized with his inspection books which makes it easy for our inspectors to navigate. He is great at taking care of emergency calls and emails for my facilities team. We probably wouldn’t run the same without him here on our property.
