This is the worst pest control company I have ever dealt with. They came three times, and somehow my cockroach problem has gotten even worse! Since their first visit, I’ve seen more roaches than before, and now they are all over my apartment—even in my food storage!

I’ve called them twice, and each time they promised to fix the issue, but three weeks later, nothing has changed. They either ignore my calls or don’t show up, and at this point, I don’t know what else to do.

Since they refuse to take responsibility, I will be reporting this to the HOA because this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs!

I work in the hospitality industry and I can truly say that Marco from Florida pest demonstrates great customer service. Marco’s in unit service never fails, he is very reliable and consistent. He sets great example for other service tech to follow.

Steel Richardson did a great job with communication prior this months visit. The government property requires an escort & he communicated several times to ensure we coordinated an escort.

Steel presented himself very professionally & was great at advising what was needed in our scope & covering all areas.

Keon has been our Tech for several years. He is always responsive to our needs. The care he takes in our 22 story office building is much appreciated. All the tenants love him and we are very satisfied with his performance.

Bernard takes care of all the grounds for Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood - Guitar Hotel. He is organized with his inspection books which makes it easy for our inspectors to navigate. He is great at taking care of emergency calls and emails for my facilities team. We probably wouldn’t run the same without him here on our property. He checks in with management to make sure we are good and safely removes any birds or animals upon requests without hurting them. He is all around a splendid person to work with. Thanks Bernard !

Jose A Gonzalez is a fantastic worker. He has been our pest control serviceman for over 15 years. Anytime we have an emergency, we call and he arrives a few hours later. We appreciate all of his hard work. ATC Aerospace wishes we can give him 10 stars.

Best pest control company around. I couldn't irhave ask for a better exterminator. Milton Grant did a phenomenal job and well mannered very professional all the way around. My experience with the exterminator cause me elaborate on his professionalism and the company with frineds and family members even co-workers. He was very detailed with information about my critter problem.
