Houston really went above and beyond for our small business. He came to address some ant issues, but actually discovered we had some other contributing factors that needed to be addressed. He took the time to inspect and explain everything to us. We really appreciate his attention to detail.

I contacted this company over two months in advance because I needed termite treatment done before renting out my house. Later I go to get it done and Bennie, the representative, came out and gave me a quote that included the entire property — front, back, and the deck that was way more than the prior quote. I made it clear that I needed the job done in full cause it was urgent so did it anyways.

The day before the scheduled treatment, Bennie suddenly told me they couldn’t do the deck and suggested someone else for it the deck.
I had no choice but to do that in order to stay on schedule — but then they still charged me the full quoted price, including the part they didn’t even do.

When I brought this up, Bennie lied to his manager about the situation, and the manager basically shrugged it off, saying Bennie is “their best salesman” and I just had to take his word for it. That says it all — they care more about protecting their salespeople than doing honest business.

Do yourself a favor and find a company with integrity. This one is an absolute scam.

Sander Reyes is the best! Super friendly and was really knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood the process. You can tell he actually cares and takes pride in his work. If you need any pest control I definitely recommend Sander!

The gentleman Keon, that services our office is genuinely the nicest person. He always arrives with a smile and asks if there are any issues. He keeps our office bug free!

Working with FPC has been amazing. Keon Jewells always comes in and takes great care of the place and is always super friendly to everyone and always in a good mood. It’s honestly always a pleasure doing business with them. We have been with them for years and plan on continuing doing business with them.

They broke my gate in full recording of camera without consent and forced themselves in my home without signature or approval. Will not respond to fixing structural damage which is not covered by their disclosure unlike theft and tape damage waiver. Only use of you are desperate and dumb.

Definitely would recommend! I'm extremely pleased with my service technician Sean. He's an easygoing, trustworthy and pleasant guy who I trust in my home. Since beginning with Florida pest initially the problem was resolved and a normal 30-day follow-up was done. I only saw one small bug, Florida Roach and he came right away a few days early. I happen to be one of these spaz out types when it comes to palmetto bugs or the American cockroach or any roach of sorts. It is great piece of mind knowing we're with Florida pest control. Everyone I've talked to has been so nice, helpful and great customer service. The price is very fair and in fact much less than some of the other companies around that do the exact same service. Very happy customers!

They removed my last review saying I was a former employee. IVE NEVER WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY. I’m a resident at one of the buildings they service. My mother lives there and I’m a resident in her apartment they service. IVE NEVER WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY DO NOT REMOVE MY REVIEW. This company who overcharges for pest control. Doesn't come on the days the say they will and the manager Eduardo Cruz is no help at all. Office staff is all over the place, go with a different company.
