I've used PS Plumbing for many years. They are a long time Ft Lauderdale company and their reputation for quality work is well deserved. They respond quickly and on time and their work is always done right.

Based on their ratings on the Nextdoor app, I employed PS Plumbing for a water heater replacement and now know why the ratings are so positive. We are VERY happy with their service. After setting up a service call with another company that failed us at every step and left us where we started after 5 days, we called PS and the job was done quickly and properly (and minus any of our previous frustration). Recommended!

I had a leaking pipe in my basement that needed urgent attention, so I called up ABC Plumbing. They were incredibly responsive and sent a plumber over within the hour. The plumber was professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by their expertise and would highly recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services

Was quoted $129 plus fees for backflow testing. When the bill came it was $180 plus fees. I have called several times and was told someone will get back to me. I am waiting over a week to hear from them.

Tech was great. Quality of work is top notch. And the price was a tremendous value. And the process to setup service call couldn’t have been better thanks to Megan. Premium experience from start to finish!

Sam who were at our house was very professional and did find out very quickly that a pipe in the sewer system was corroded. This was the cause of all our clogs in the Bathroom. Directly the day after he had a team here that started to the replace the pipe and some other parts that also needed replacement. All in all it took a couples of days and we had everything in order and the bathroom operates perfectly. They also put everything into order after all the digging etc to the condition it was when the job started. A fantastic and professional job from start to end !

I called the day after thanksgiving with a plumbing issue. They were so helpful and accommodating, they got me in that day. The man who came to fix my issue was polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost. All around happy and will use them again.

You guys need to aknowledge this guy! Showed up on time, explained everything very well and did ONE HELL OF A JOB!
He kept at it until he was done and everything looks like it was done to pass an exam to become a Master Plumber.

They are knowledgable, professional from speaking to the receptionist to the service technicians. I have trusted this business for 10+ years and I will call no other plumber for all of my home upkeep. They treat you like family and thats how it feels doing business with them!

Very unprofessional. We paid more than $500 dollars for a home plumbing inspection and we were promised a report and quote to be delivered on that same day. We called the office and ‘Maddie,’ quite a rude employee who doesn’t care at all about custumers kept telling me they could not promise me anything and that ‘they would do their best,’ even though they did promise to have that to us when we paid. They didn’t give us the report the following day, nor the next. It took them 7 days... An entire WEEK to get us the quote. We hired 6 other inspectors in other fields and they ALL gave us a report and quote that same day. This of course affected our ability to renegotiate the home’s price since the inspection period only lasts 10 days. This company KNEW that and they chose to ignore our pressing needs, even after we paid $500 dollars for an inspection that wasn’t even that thorough. The quote was, of course, completely overpriced. Don’t make the same mistake we did, avoid this company!

We were in need of a plumber and didn’t know who to call. We looked for answers online and came across this company. I initially spoke with Sase who set up our appointment and provided all necessary information. He was kind and courteous and explained his worker would contact us shortly to advise of arrival time. A short time later we received a call from Keyonie and he advise she was on his way. When he showed up he was very professional and informative and was able to address our issue with ease. We couldn’t be happier with this experience and service provided to us. We are thankful and happy we contacted them to take care of us which they did. From the time of initial contact until the time Keyonie left it was less than 3 hours. We highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Thanks A Million!

Hired to do plumbing for my remodeled kitchen and also fixed a shower valve in my guest bath. Jadin, the Plumber was knowledgeable and professional. Company has an excellent communication system and very thorough with clients. They sent invoice which included pictures. Definitely would hire them again for any plumbing needs.

I called Need A Plumber and they responded to waste water blockage.
They called 1/2 hour before service to confirm time, the plumber was
very professional, cleared blockage in less than 40 minutes.
Other plumbers I called wanted to charge flat rates of $250 to $350.
They charged for a service call by the hour which was much more reasonably priced. They recorded video and showed me case of blockage, feminine product put down toilet by tenant.
I recommend them highly.

Marc R did an amazing job fixing the issues we had at our rental condo. He kept us (owner/landlord) informed, we received appointment confirmations by email and text message, as well as several before-after pictures and videos of what he repaired. Invoicing was very detailed, great work all.

The Team and Need a Plumber, Inc. is one of the best in the Tri-County area. Their services is unmatched.
They even showed up on July 4th to repair a plumbing blockage within one hour of our phone call right before a 4th of July party started at our home. The service guy had the best attitude a super nice guy that did the work and left no mess behind him at all.
Super firm, I highly recommend their services, and I will use them in the future again without a doubt.

I had seven family members coming to stay at my house for the 4th of July weekend and a toilet that was leaking and not working properly. Although they were originally booked out a week, Need A Plumber worked hard around their busy schedule to make room for me when a spare hour popped up on one of the plumber's schedule. He came over the very same afternoon or my call and did a wonderful job fixing an old and run-down toilet into operating condition. He replaced the bowl seal and the flushing mechanism in an hour and saved the weekend. Need A Plumber will be my first call for all future plumbing needs.

Steve came out to me - my job wasn't urgent so he came a day after I called - how refreshing to have someone, show up on time, courteous and knew what they were doing - he completed my repairs quickly and i was very impressed how reasonable the bill was. I don't usually have the opportunity to praise contractors but i endorse "Need a Plumber" l00% Their card is permanently on my "who to call" list.

On 1/6/2020 my tankless gas-fired hot water heater stopped working. I noticed this at 1:00AM after getting home from a long day at work. At 8:30AM the same day i began my search for hot water. Need a Plumber not only answered at that time but was able to squeeze me in with Sam who did a phenomenal job. The heater needed to be replaced and the entire job was done in only a few hours (longest part was waiting for the new unit to arrive). I highly recommend Need a Plumber and if you get Sam be prepared for him to pay special attention to detail, complete the work in a short period of time and be profession and friendly throughout the install/repair. Really happy with the work!
