I booked an appointment online with Father and Son Plumbing and received a text from Ariel Sarfaty confirming they would arrive between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. When 5:30pm came with no update, I reached out. I then got a call back from Manny, who sounded confused and started making excuses about not receiving the message. His tone was slurry and unprofessional, and the whole interaction left me uneasy. Based on my experience, I would not trust their online booking system or their communication.

Very disappointing experience. “Chris” came the same day to unclog my kitchen sink, and the plumber quickly said I needed a “snake.” It was my mistake for letting him start without asking the price first. He started to work so fast that didn’t give me time to think, I was so worry about my sink. He also mentioned that if the snake didn’t work, he would have to break the wall and do a major repair, which alarmed me. As soon as I hesitated and was about to cancel, the “snake” suddenly worked.

The job took about an hour and I was charged $450, which felt extremely overpriced. When I questioned it, I was told plumbing is expensive. To make things worse, he left my sink, floor, and pipes full of dirty water and told me to clean it myself. I felt taken advantage of and would not recommend.
