A week ago called them for a little drip in one of the bathroom faucets and they asked me to change the entire faucet. so called another company and they changed the washer in 15 min. will never recommend clogbusters

Found Clogbusters on Yelp and called them because of their 5 star rating. My bathroom drain was clogged and backed up. I called them on a Sunday and Melodie setup the appointment for Monday morning. Received both an email and text confirming the appointment. About 40 minutes before the appointment, Luis he called to say he was on the way. After seeing the problem in the bathroom, Luis went outside to check the septic tank area to make sure the ground was not wet, which might indicate that there is a septic tank issue. Next, he got up on the roof and ran a camera down the pipe to confirm the blockage. He then ran the snake down the same pipe and cleared out the blockage. After the blockage was cleared and the water went down, he reran the camera to check the septic tank for issues. I am extremely happy with the results of the job and the additional feedback I received regarding the septic tank.

In addition, the chemicals I had used to try and unclog the drain myself caused some weird stains on the tub. I though I had ruined the tub. Luis had a product called KRC7 that he let me use and after a few minutes my tub looked brand new. I was actually more worried about the stains than the clogged drain.

I would highly recommend Clogbusters and call them again!

I called Clogbusters to repair 3 toilets, a garbage disposal and a water heater. They got the job done in 3 hours, cleaned up everything and were professional and courteous throughout. They mask up and wear shoe covers to protect the interior of your home and are up front with quoting you costs and options. Would definitely recommend them!

Found ClogBuster on YELP with no reviews. I called, even though I usually want to see positive reviews. On a Friday Morning, they were able to work me into the schedule for later in the day. The technician communicated through text about arrival, and gave me a 45 minute arrival time, as I had asked for. Explained the process, fixed the problem. Also, allowed me to do a quick run of the washing machine (that was backing up into the tub) to make sure that had been fully resolved. I was extremely impressed with the service, response time, and customer service.

absolutely a poor excuse for a company. This guy Mike who looks like a crackhead overcharged me and stole my garden hose he said he had to go to the supply house to get a part and came back drunk and spent a good portion of his time hitting on my wife. I had to ask him to leave. Trust me this company is very unprofessional and Mike said he's the owner I would hate to see the rest of his guys.
