I had an outstanding experience with A-Y Plumbing Services. Mike came out and did a fantastic job replacing about 100 feet of old metal sewer pipe with a new plastic line under my house. The work was done efficiently, and the team was honest and professional throughout. I highly recommend them!

Dennis came the day I called for service. He cleared my kitchen sink drain that was clogged and even changed the pipes a tiny bit so that it would drain better. He did a great job and cleaned up after. Was very nice and personable.

We had a blockage needing a clean out on New Year's day, the technician didn't solve the issue completely so I called and Roto Rooter and they sent out a second technician, Westley, the next day who was fantastic and quickly cleared the problem! Wesley was outstanding with his service for our plumbing needs. He was professional, on time, and ultimately fixed the problem. He cared about the job he was doing and I could tell he was passionate about what he does. Would definitely recommend.

Wesley was absolutely awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, and just so easy to work with to help us solve a complex drainage problem. I would recommend both he and Roto-Rooter again and again.

Gabriel came the night before Thanksgiving and pulled out a 2-ft root that was clogging our toilet. I was surprised to say the least, but he explained the growth of the root, how to prevent it, and what to expect. I was very happy with the service. And Ricardo did a great job adding the seal to the toilet, made it look so clean. I might call him back just to do all our seals in our bathroom's.

Our sewage line was completely clogged and our entire house plumbing was backed up. Called a local big plumbing company first and they said no one was available and to call back after 4:30 and someone may be able to come out before Monday (this is a Friday morning). So I called Roto Rooter and they were out here in 25 mins and unclogged the line as we are now good to go. May be a little more expensive than I wished but worth it for the speed they got out here and fixed the issue!! I give them 5 out of 5 stars!

Ricardo is a life saver! We had a major plumbing issue late one night, and he arrived within an hour a fixed the issue right away. I can’t thank him enough!

First of all I am the first to give great reviews but my appointment window was 2-4 . . Wesley a pleasant and knowledgeable associate arrived at 4:30 Only after several calls . When he arrived and I told him of the problem , Wesley knew right away it was a recalled PART that Roto Rooter didn’t bother to Call me on !!! He had to Leave drive to Home Depot to get the part . He came back with the part completed the job quickly and left at 5:46 . Rating Wesley and his Manager Joshua a 10 but overall a 2 because of my inconvenience especially being ill and being a great customer for over 10 years . It was not a good day . Ty Joshua for taking care of your repeat and long term customer.

November 30th 2025, an emergency occur at my residence the bathroom pipes were coughed. I called Roto Rooter, and dispatched send Ricardo Kerr to assist. He was very professional, pleasant and polite. He was very honest and he explained everything in details, the recommendations that was mentioned, will definitely looked forward in the future.
