The technician, Wesley, they sent me was on point. He he showed up after hours just about an hour after I called and he did a great job. He was very thorough and detail- oriented. This is the kind of skilled, professional person you want to show up of there is an emergency!

I was dealing with a perpetually backed up toilet that my landlord tried, unsuccessfully, to fix. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to send a technician to my apartment within 2 hours, even though it was late in the day. Ricardo listened to my description of the problem and surveyed the issue and was able to successfully diagnose the problem and clear the blocked toilet pipe! It was severely backed up with sludge and he spent over an hour trying to unclog it. Thank you Ricardo for your patience and perseverance in getting my toilet working again!!! This is my second time relying on Roto-Rooter and they always come through for me.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Roto-Rooter. After paying two different plumbers who both told me the blockage in my bathroom was so severe that they would need to cut into walls and flooring—costing thousands of dollars—I decided to get a third opinion. That turned out to be the best decision.

The technician from Roto-Rooter was knowledgeable, experienced, polite, and courteous. She came prepared with the latest equipment and in less than an hour cleared the drain that the other plumbers couldn’t handle. To top it off, the cost was less than half of what I had already paid for 2 unsuccessful attempts.

It was a stressful day today. We had a lot of things to do, and of course our plumbing is clogged. We called Roto-Rooter, and they sent somebody within the hour. We had Wesley, the best guy ever. He troubleshooted with his smile and his positive attitude. He wasn't going to give up to fix it. We had good conversation, and he taught me some tricks. Best guy ever.

We had a toilet blockage which I paid a lot of money to a plumber to fix, and he was unable to do so. I then called Roto-Rooter and they came out with the proper tools and also a camera to identify the problem and correct it. They were very professional, very friendly and I feel went above and beyond. Ricardo Kerr was amazing and I would definitely use him again. He also gave me good advice and his honest opinions, which I appreciated for future recommendations.

Called and within an hour they were on site. A hardworking man named ricardo worked from 10pm until 2am and didn’t leave until he knew we were good. We live in an apartment building and plumping is very tricky in these situations. He fixed the problem and helped us prevent future issues. We would pay double for his services. RotoRooter did an amazing job at my townhome in Sunrise, Florida. Wesley was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic — professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. Alisa came in and fixed a blockage another plumber spent 2 hours on in about 15 minutes. She came in knowledgeable and confident that she could do it and to say she blew me away is an understatement. We will never use thick TP ever again :)

Have used Roto-Rooters a few times and always happy with their service. Our kid’s bathroom was clogged and a plunger wasn’t working. We had Wesley come to the house and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. Figured out my son had stuck toys down there. Wesley also helped me with a problem the kid’s shower has been having for months. He was awesome and super kind. Bonus points for offering to take his shoes off before entering the house (nobody usually does that). Thank you Wesley!

I must say my technician Ricardo is a very good worker . He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. When he came to my mom's house to assist her he made sure the issue was resolved before he left. He is very professional as well. He explained everything to my mom so she could understand what is going on. I will recommend Ricardo to anyone, trust me you won't be disappointed with your service.

We needed plumbing under a kitchen sink re-done after a house rebuild. Connection from our dishwasher into piping was incorrect. Wesley did an awesome job with repair, was very thorough and explained everything in a detailed fashion. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. Fast response when we called and fast service.
