Excellent service!! I had leak in my kitchen, called John’s plumbing they sent out Jackson who was great , very knowledgeable and explained everything, the owner Adam went above and beyond to make sure my leak was fixed the same day. The price was good and reasonable. I would recommend John’s plumbing to everyone in need of a great plumber .

They are professional and are life savers. They came out quickly and Darren the technician was educated and worked as a master of his trade. I had high hopes for you guys. I was quoted $350 to clear the clogged toilet but when it did not work, I was quoted $1,250 to remove the toilet and clear the clog that way. I feel there was a lack of communication because if I had been told that it would be that, I would have not booked the appointment. I was not at the property but was told by the tenant that the plumber did not try to clear it but once with the auger and once with a plunger. We felt he should have tried it for a while. If we had seen him try it for a while, we would understand but we feel he was just wanting to charge the $1,250 without trying the auger first

The customer service staff was understanding and patient. Gino came to my Fort Lauderdale apartment the next day, quickly assessed the problem and how to fix it, giving me a reasonable estimate for labor, a new toilet and other necessary parts (he even included a 20% discount). Darren soon delivered and very capably installed the new toilet and did other necessary repairs with the utmost care and efficiency. The work area was left spotlessly clean. All appointments were kept; I was kept informed as to when the plumbers would arrive. I very strongly recommend John’s Plumbing.

The master plumber they sent over to my home to install a new sink was outstanding. The job involved installing a new drain line and cold water line. Everything looks clean and professional. I could not be happier and plan to use John’s plumbing in the future. As far as pricing they were the most reasonable and fair. Glad I found them.

What a great plumbing experience. The 70 year old cast iron pipes needed to be replaced. The crew that was sent to do the job were courteous, friendly and knew what had to be done. Sejm the technician could not have been more professional and friendly and always explained things when questions were asked. Kudos to John’s Plumbing! I would highly recommend this company.

I rarely need a company to come to my house and tell what's wrong. Nor do I post reviews. But I was Impressed. I contacted John's plumbing regarding a strange leak. I thought I had it figured out. They came out when they said and did exactly what they said they would do. And I'm no longer scratching my head. Their Tech Jacob was awesome.

He informed me of what my problem was and let me know what's needed to correct. Now I'm on my way to a problem solved.

Obviously, since my experience was so good. I'll be using them to handle any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

I’m extremely pleased with the service from John’s Plumbing. Carlos was my service tech and was thorough with my plumbing issues. I mistakenly drilled a hole in a copper pipe in my laundry room. Additionally, I found that the outside shut off valve was faulty. Anyone who has ever had a plumbing issue knows that you’re stressed until it’s resolved.
Carlos came in; provided the quote, and repaired/replaced the required parts. My home is back; in order and fully operational.
So happy I made the call!

I was very impressed with John’s plumbing and will definitely use them again. Glen came out to give me an estimate for a new water heater. He took the time to measure the space and check with his supplier to see if a new model would fit in my small closet. He didn’t try to upsell me and wasn’t pushy. His estimate was reasonable and I booked an installation day. Andres came out and installed the water heater on a Saturday and was very knowledgeable. He was also willing to work with me as I had to move things around in the closet to make the new water heater fit. All in all I would definitely recommends them.

I called to schedule an appointment and was offered an opportunity for a technician to arrive within 30 minutes. Hector arrived on time and assessed the job and completed it in under an hour. He cleaned up and left the area spotless! I highly recommend Sam Jolley plumbing. Ask for Hector, you won’t be disappointed.

Hector from “Sam Jolly Plumbing” is excellent at what he does; he is a true professional! He originally came to replace our broken down garbage disposal, which he did…But then I asked him if he could take a look at one of the sinks in our “newly remodeled master-bathroom” that was leaking. Without hesitation, he said “No Problem” and went to work to fix it, which turned out to be a very labor intensive job. He really went out of his way to fix the defective sink that even the original company who installed it couldn’t figure out how to fix.
Hector, is an incredibly hard worker with a positive, “can-do attitude” and he is very easy going, while still staying laser focused on the job in front of him.
He is not only a true professional but a good person, that I would trust in my home and highly recommend to anyone!
