I am not even sure where to begin with this review. George, and his buddy (as I like to call him), Desmond,, came out to help replace a water heater in my condo. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They arrived and were very kind, honest, and just overall wonderful people. While they worked, I truly felt that I was with family, with how easily the conversations flowed and when I asked questions, they had no issues and answered me so I could easily understand what they were working on. I had another issue (NO fault of theirs') and George came back out to save the day the next day as well. Truly an amazing experience and I would most definitely hire them again. Both George and Desmond are awesome at what they do and extremely great people to have around. Who ever says "it's a pleasure to have a plumber around"..... normally nobody because it means there is an issue with your home.... however, it was an absolute pleasure and I almost feel like pretending there is a leak so they can come back out. All jokes aside, if you need a plumber, don't look anywhere else... these guys can do the job and get it done right and like champs! Thank you both for everything.

My company of choice always when needing a plumber! Third time having them do work at my apartment. Josh was very knowledgeable, quick and thorough. He took care of the problem and left the area clean and after performing work. He was also very professional and courteous. Hands down great service and professionalism. Will definitely use him again for future plumbing services.

Excellent service! Joseph is a very experienced technician. He was able to troubleshoot previous botched work in my house and fixed it with in the same day. I couldn't be happier. The pricing is very reasonable and transparent. Don't bother look for other companies , Sam Jolley is the professionals you want in your house.

Probably one of my best vendor experiences in South Florida. Pablo came out and explained all the issues step by step. He gave various recommendations that would help minimize the impact to my home and family. Then they worked diligently and with efficiency to finish all the repairs quickly. They found a solution so I wouldn't be without water overnight. Then the cherry on top. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Both inside and outside the house. They also beat the price of their competitor. Hands down recommend if you have a leak or major plumbing challenges.

Really great service that was provided the same day as when I called. John was the best plumber! He came out to take a look at the issue of some valves not working properly, assessed the issue, put his tools to work, and got them fixed right away. He had my water flowing before I knew it! Definitely recommend!

We had a terrible experience with Sam Jolley plumbing. In my opinion I would advise no one to use their services, due to their high prices and vulture like ethics. They came to my residence and in my opinion tried to exploit my 75+ elderly mother to pay a ridiculously high price and then took $69 from her just for the visit. I called to speak to a manager and she never called me back. The customer service agents did not want to put a manager on phone either. I am extremely disgusted with them and their lack of business ethics.

The tech was very professional, on time, and did a great job fixing my problem. I also like the notification I received with his picture and also the ability to track where he was.

George is a awesome plumber efficient, and very professional tech and I'm very thankful that he is my plumber he knows his job and very good at his job. If you need a plumber call Sam Jolley and request George he truly is a great asset to the company and will make sure the job is done correctly and in a timely manner. He assured me from start to finish of the issue I had at my home with My old cast iron pipes he repaired and made sure everything was done properly.

THE PLUMBER: I was blessed today by getting the best , most knowledgable plumbing specialist Hector from Sam Jolly plumbing. I hope they know the amazing all around worker they have with Hector. He came here and was super knowledgeable, great work ethic and so personable. He did his job beyond expectations. He is from the mold of the years i grew up in where you are honest and hard working and make people feel like they have known you for 20 years. I cant say enough and hope he gets the accolades he deserves with his employers because he gives Sam Jolly Plumbing a great face to the public. Thanks !

THE SAM JOLLY MANAGEMENT follow up: 8/1/2024 - I was however not too happy with the pricing of the 1 pipe bypass costing $5900+. I never really got
to speak to anyone other than hector about the pricing. Every time Hector consulted with his boss it was out in the truck and every time I tried to call I got the same "He will call you back" biz. I escalated it to the Service finance company, they attempted for a few weeks to contact the Sam Jolly boss and never could get in touch so I ended up paying and waited til I finished paying that fee before adding to this review. I was happy with Hector's work although I ended up with the cost of repairing four huge holes in my closet and hallway. The communication with Sam Jolly as a whole though for me and the finance company's attempts to talk to anyone about the cost concerns were a joke. Since then I have spoken with other plumbers and they gave their opinion that the pricing was a ripoff. I appreciate the work Hector did but I will stay far from this plumbing company in the future.

Sam Jolley’s Plumbing is great! I haven’t used them for years but I still got good quality work from them. Joe is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, efficient and a great worker! He definitely gives a good reflection on the company! I will use them again when I need to!

Scott arrived on schedule and took care of my problem fairly quickly. He did the job properly and cleaned up the small amount of mess afterwards. All in all a good job.

I had another quote from another plumber. . Very expensive quote to replace a hot water heater. Kyle Plumbing came in $1300 less than than other company. It was fine the same day. Thank you. 😊

This is my second review of Sam Jolley's Plumbing in less than a month. They initially came to my house to repair an active spraying pin hole leak in my copper pipe. They promptly repaired the leak and showed me the damaged pipe segment. Then they warned me that where there was one leak there would possibly be others, especially in Miramar, Florida due to the poor water quality. I had no idea how bad things were until I had to call them back because the water mitigation company discovered moisture behind other walls with an Infrared Camera. Over 10 additional leaks were found so we made the decision to quickly repipe the whole house.

We called Sam Jolley's again and their quote to repipe the house with PEX was so reasonable we also decided to take care of additional overdue issues and replaced our water heater, garbage disposal and two toilets. Every step of the way Mark P., Ivan and Joe kept me up to date on the next steps. The work started promptly after the holidays and lasted for only a few days.

Sam Jolley's made something that sounded really scary and destructive (knocking holes in your walls to run new pipes) as quick and painless as possible. They took extra care to make sure they only cut as much drywall as they really needed to and also provided plastic covers to limit the spread of dust. The end product looked professional and is working so much better than the original plumbing in the house.

I can't recommend them enough for any plumbing needs.

I called for a kitchen faucet install and they were able to send someone within a couple hours. Josh was professional knowledgeable and friendly. His work was fast and clean. everything is working great. I will be sure to request him again the next time I call. I really do have to say that I’ve never had any bad experiences with Sam Jolly’s plumbing , which I cannot say for most of the plumbing companies that I have used in the south Florida area. They are usually reliable and on time and their prices are reasonable.

Kyle plumbing is always professional, prompt and experienced. They certified our backfow system for the building and filed all the necessary paperwork per the requirements for the city. I definitely would recommend them to anyone. Jill Clapp

I’m so pleased and happy with Sam Jolly’s technicians. I think his name was Juan, it was on December 3, in the afternoon and I called that morning. They showed up on time, they had the part readily available. And completed the work within an hour. They were polite. They were respectful. They were very knowledgeable of product and advised me on everything that I needed to know. These two gentlemen deserve a 10 star rating.

Was referred to Sam Jolley's plumbing by a friend and as she stated, they were punctual, professional and informative. Had a meter leak and was nervous as it was somewhere exterior of home. I was extremely happy and relieved with Joe's expertise/service. Not only did he reassure me once he found issue he'd be able to fix but he took care of immediately, gave me options of coverage without any pressure, was friendly, explained procedure thoroughly and accomplished solving issue. I will recommend to all my friends.

Scott was excellent. He was professional and capable and fixed our problem. It was a rough job but he took care of it. He seems very knowledgeable and confident in his work.

Kyle plumbing were professional and responsive when I called in an emergency. Their technician diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He worked in a tidy manner. I would highly recommend George at Kyle Plumbing.

Plumber quoted $1600 to repair leak he “found”. I declined and after he left found he had misdiagnosed the leak. I tightened a single bolt and it resolved the issue.

Joseph Beyer was Very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a slab leak and I was stressed out. He explained and answered all my questions. I felt very confident in him. I am very pleased with his work. And the biggest plus is he cleaned up after himself ♥️
