Cullen, (the Tech), pulled in across the street to do a job for my neighbor. I approached, said good morning and asked for a card. He suggested I call the office and perhaps he could come over once he finished the job, so I did. 2-hrs later he was done across the street, an hour after that he finished up changing the outside fitting for the hose that has developed a leak.

Good guy that knows his stuff, which is why when my next door neighbor asked if I approved of the work he did, I asked him for another card and made on onsite referral.

We had a hot water heater installed yesterday - executed amazingly by the office staff of Alex and Tony - Josh and Benjamin were awesome with the install - on time- clean and a great experience!
We had an issue with our toilet and Phil came out today timely also - 4 Star is the total go to for any of our plumbing needs - hands down!!!

They were fantastic, Colbert came within 1 hour and unclogged my toilet in 10 minutes. Great service at an affordable price.

Sent and inquiry which was promptly and professionally answered- appt scheduled for the very next day. Communicated with Brenda, Ryan was the technician that quickly diagnosed and provided a solution to fixing the leak we had. Repair completed in a timely and clean manner- will recommend and use on future projects.

Replaced on/off valves to kitchen sink. Excellent job by highly qualified technician Colbert. Highly recommended.

The tech Alvaro, showed up early, was very knowledgeable, and super polite! Everyone that i spoke with from the company was very nice and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to get the job done accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner. A real pleasure to work with and I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Do not recommend this company. They were so confident and "experienced" in replacing my cast iron pipes to PVC, and while they did complete the work, they failed to mention one section of our main line was holding water when the job was complete. This negligence led to a midnight flood coming from our bathroom which left 2 inches of water all over our home. It damaged baseboards, walls, rugs, not to mention it was sewage water. They admitted that they noticed this pipe issue and that this was the likely cause which just highlights their lack of integrity. They did fix it within 48hr, but the damage was already done. It took 4 months to get an insurance settlement from them so I could finally repair my home and replace the damaged belongings. They really sold me that they could do this job, and even though it is technically complete, a flood and 4 months of chasing them and their insurance carrier to get reimbursed is not something ANYONE should have to experience, especially for a job as expensive as this one. Homeowner beware!

Excellent Service- very fast. Great at accessing the problem, recommending the best repair option and offering quick quote. The install was done quickly and they were personable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend their services.

I woke up this morning and no hot water. My old water heater was very old and I expected it to go at any time. By chance called 4 Star Plumbing first thing this morning and spoke with Brenda. Sh was extremely helpful and was able to get an installer here by 10:30am. Josh arrived and was very pleasant. He had a new water heater installed within 2 hours. Kept me informed at every step of the install and cleaned up afterward. The pricing was fair and I am very pleased. I would recommend 4 Star Plumbing to everyone. They were great to work with and have peace of mind with a new Rheem water heater.

I got through to someone immediately on the phone and they scheduled service for that day, sent the insurance documents I needed without having to ask, I was contacted by text when the technician was on his way, and he showed up promptly. The technician was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I have to say this is a good company to work with. I don't know about the price because hiring a plumber is always a financial shock but the work got done quickly and efficiently, so i'm happy as I can be.

The communication in getting an estimate, setting up install and install itself was outstanding. Good communication is extremely important to me, and is often lacking in dealing with the trades. We had Phil as our technician, and he was great. I originally reached out to 4 Star Plumbing because they carried the tankless water heater we were interested in, but learned our house could not handle it from an electrical standpoint. I would not have reached out to them otherwise as I was unfamiliar with this company, but they will be our new go to plumber after this experience.

I recently had an excellent experience with 4 Star Plumbing Services for my kitchen sink repair in our home located in Broward County. The plumber Andrew, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
He quickly diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink and explained the necessary repairs in detail. I had to order some custom parts which arrived the next day. Andrew came back as soon as my parts arrived and the repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail.
Not only did they fix the immediate problem, but they also replaced some older tubing free of charge! The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees.

So I woke up at 8:30am this morning with no hot water and a garage floor full of the water that should of been hot for my shower. I called 4 Star and spoke with Brenda who was super nice and professional at the same time. She advised me to text her pictures so she could forward to the tech. Long story short......by 2:30pm....New water heater, gas line connected, and old water heater taken away! Alvaro was my tech and was very personable along with being knowledgeable. Super nice guy!

Now you could always do the leg work yourself for less money which would involve buying the water heater, somehow getting it to your house, then finding someone to install it, then calling the city to hook the gas up, then finding someone to get rid of your old water heater but for 1-stop shop NOW service....4 Star is the way to go!

This was an excellent experience. My sink got backed up Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day I emailed our property manager and she gave me 4 Star Plumbing‘s phone number. She said there was someone on duty yesterday and they would make me an appointment for today. They indeed answered the phone and made me an appointment for this morning. They were in constant touch with me to let me know when Carlos my technician would be there. He was there in no time and he was so professional and did such a good job. He was so neat. He cleaned up everything. very courteous and he even fixed another little thing I asked him about and didn’t charge me. I say they did a top notch job, and kudos to Brenda for her timely responses.

If I could leave less than 1 star, it certainly would still be too good for this Company. They will come out, try to upsell you on everything and not fix the problem. Instead you have to experience several service calls, incur additional charges, and then wait over 3 hours to receive a call from "Andrew", who told me that the technician who came to my home didn't leave notes. This Company does not offer service contracts for a reason. STAY AWAY!

Had two faucets to install. 4-star came day after I called and got the job done. Phil was fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Will definitely be calling them back again.

I am so happy with 4 Star Plumbing Services! They gave me a great price on new water heater tank for my home. Carlos, the technician did a wonderful job installing the new tank and we have hot water again! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Brenda was amazing at coordinating this repair and getting in done in a timely manner as well.

This is an unsolicited review. I just want to acknowledge the great experience that I had with 4 Star Plumbing. From the initial communication with Alex who responded quickly to my inquiries and was able to give me an easy, reasonable quote by phone and scheduled a prompt appointment to the technicians. Cullen and his assistant showed up on time, came in and were very professional and got the job done without any fuss. They were very competent with installing my new hot water tank. I was very confident in the job they were doing. No scare tactics, no upselling, no price gouging or hidden fees. Quite the difference from the other handful of companies that I called who either never called me back or sent out technicians to oversell and came up with astronomical quotes. I highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Alvaro came out to check my propane gas line to my new mobile home and he was very knowledgeable and helpful! It’s my first mobile home purchase, and I wanted to be sure I was safe to use the propane plumbed to my place. He reassured me and made sure everything was in working order.

I had called multiple other plumbing services in the area and no one else was able to provide me the service that Alvaro and 4 Star Plumbing gave me.
