I called Fort Lauderdale Plumber to have a leaking kitchen faucet removed and a new one installed. Within roughly 30 min (on a non-emergency call), Andrew showed up at the front door. He was professional, gave me a fair rate and completed the job without any problem. He cleaned up the work area nicely and offered to check for any other potential water issues in my home before he left. I am so glad I found this company; they provide professional, prompt and friendly service!

Your electrician Richard did an outstanding job hooking up the timer for my hot tub. I had 3 previous people here to work on it but they failed. Richard succeeded where others failed. He also replaced my pool light and cable.

These folks are top notch! I used them to replace the cast iron pipes in my yard, they came in dug under the house and replaced everything.

Now I found a leak in one of the walls (separate issue), called them up their techs were out in an hour diagnosing and giving me options. I went with a replumb the house (old copper everywhere) and they said they'd replace the stacks at the same time.

These company is my go to plumbing service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were hear exactly one week ago today. And all is running very well. Francisco was very polite and professional. I plan on calling them in the future for other work that must be done..

Was here in 15 min to fix my well pump, the other companies said 7/10 days, imagine being with out water to feed my home.

I have been undergoing such stress and frustration because my kitchen sink hasn’t been working no matter what I try to do. However that all changed once J showed up at my doorstep. Let me first say that I never have any luck with plumbers because I always end up having to wait the entire day for them to show up, not J though! He showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and he brought such a wonderful and positive attitude inside my home. He reassured me that he will fix it and make sure it stays fixed. He was such great company and fixed everything in such a timely manner. He exceeded himself in professionalism! I have never encountered such a wholesome person through a time of frustration. I will never call anyone that isn’t him to welcome into my home!!

Had an estimate for installing a drain line and replacing a $12 sensor in a hot water heater. Came out to $550+ and $1100+. Crazy high. They called back and said the hourly labor rate for plumbers in Broward is $600. So I said no. Followup: an hour or so after posting this review, a rep from the company called and complained about the bad review. I told him the same as above. He was argumentative claiming $600 an hour was the average rate. Easily disproven by a google search and calling other plumbers. I told him he was now harassing me and for him to not call again.

Joey and the the Mainline team were extremely professional and responsive. They thoroughly diagnosed and quickly replaced our hot water heater and made the process as seamless as possible.

Very professional. Had to get my heater checked out, called them, they told me I would be on standby but they managed to still send someone over same day. Had to get the unit replaced and it was done in the same day, the technician was very professional and it was a relief to be able to have it taken care of same day because I thought that thing was going to explode lol. Recommend!
