Problem is lack of techs in my area and my insurance will not allow me to use anyone besides Sears. I'm forced to use them whether I like it or not.

for an appliance repair man didn't seem to know much about appliances. two trips and parts that did not fix the issue.

Technician was very patient, courteous and professional. He went above and behind to take care of our preventative maintenance.

Technician is knowledgeable and friendly. App used to update customer on time of arrival is inaccurate. 8-5 service window is unreasonable for a working person.

The technician was excellent, knowledgeable and very professional.
Fix the range in a few min. Even though we had manny issues.

Very pleased with technician that did the repairs on my frig. She was courteous, but more than that very kind. Everything is good!!

He arrived in time, identified the issue, reseted the sensor and the dryer is working properly now. Good work. Thank you

David was great and very knowledgeable. A little costly but to arrive the Next morning before 9:30AM after scheduling appointment after 9PM was amazing.

Your tech did a great job installing the parts that were ordered . It did take a while to find the problem. Samsung makes great TV don’t buy their kitchen appliances!!!!!

Beware!! Technician fraudulently charged for a service he did not do. Appointment was cancelled but the technician still showed up to the house, we told him the appointment was cancelled and he left, however he still charged the full amount and now claims he fixed the appliance, he did not even come inside the house. He also falsified our signatures on the receipt.

Emmanuel was a delightful person . Very easy to understand how my refrigerator functions. Listen carefully to all i told him about my experience on the issue with this appliance.

-100.00. This company is garbage. They changed our appointment multiple times than made receipt tickets Without even coming to see what was wrong with our refrigerators, then canceled their appointment after we waited all day. Complete garbage. Sears appliance and AJ Madison are garbage companies

The technician was ok only the appointment was from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. At 4:12 pm he called me saying he was 1 hour away if it was ok to come, I responded yes. He arrived at 5:18 pm. THE PRICE WAS OUT IF YOUR MIND. He was here for 40 minutes. He only had to use the vacuum to sock the ice inside the tube. No pieces replaced, nothing else. The bill was for $370. If I saw wat it was and the location of the tube for sure I could do it myself. AgainYOU REALKY OVER CHARGE.

Sears of SW Florida Fort Myers/ Naples area. They never came and finished the job. They canceled my first appointment. Rescheduled my appointment, which I had to cancel because I was on vacation. I rescheduled it for April 15 and Sears never showed up. I have the confirmation. I have tried to contact Sears and choice home warranty several times. Choice home warranty advice is me they contacted Sears and I should wait there. Reply. Well, I’m still waiting almost 2 months later. Very disappointed.

See my Choice Home Warranty Google review. This directly relates to their crappy service. Their service started in February 2024 and by 8/13/24 my refrigerator ice maker was still not fixed. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau on Sears A&E and Choice Home Warranty. 14 Scheduled visits. Choice Home Warranty finally sent out a GE certified repair technician rather that Sears and they advised the refrigerator board was bad and should have been never attempted to be fixed that it would cost more to repair than it was worth. The BBB finally got Choice Home Warranty to pay to have the refrigerator replaced.

David was the serviceman and he was EXCELLENT! He quickly discovered the problem and resolved it. He is very knowledgeable, tested the clothes washer for proper operation and neatly cleaned up after his work. I am very pleased with his work. Thank you.

Freezer drawers still do not pull out all the way. To update my review, Emmanuel returned to my home and corrected all problems my freezer drawer had. All drawers now pull out with ease, he adjusted the the overall freezer drawer that was off alignment. Emmanuel did a tremendous job and I thank you!!

Michael was great. He explained everything in clear terms. The dryer repair was done in under an hour.

While the technician was great, i do NOT like using AI. I could not speak with anyone nor could i get a time frame in advance for the technician. All i could get was 8 AM to 5 PM. That’s tough for a working person. Please get rid of your AI and hire a real person. Thank you.
