As the main service provider for GE, they think they can force customer's to wait around all day by giving them an appointment window of 8am - 5pm. Keep these jokers out of your house. They are rude and wouldn't know customer service if it smacked them in the face!

My AC broke at 11 pm I called and they made it to my house fast. They got the AC working quickly . Its been fine ever since.Thanks again Alexander !!!

My family & I have been using appliance service for years! Excellent service every time. Answers or returns calls immediately, quick to respond and service. Would highly recommend Appliance Service.

My fiance has had so many issues with this company. It's crazy how.you buy something and it comes broken and take 3 times to fix it and still yet have fixed the issue. And you shouldn't tell people your coming between a certain time and a certain time and then change it to later 2 days in a row. That's crazy I'll never go through this again.

I wish I read all the bad review of this company, the come to my home to fix a refrigerator and charge 185 dollars for a guy who Don't know nothing .
I call 4 times to customer serviceand the are a bunch of backward people, they said the will call back anever did so I have a broken refrigerator and this incompetent people call Appiance Service need to go back to school. NEVER call this company ever.

Great company to have out for service. They showed up on time for my service and fixed my Fridge the first time. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing great quick service.

Most important, quick response with great customer services. Provided professional honest opinion on my washer and dryer. Both washer and dryer are beyond repair but was honest about the conditions and provided information on getting replacements.

Great place, honest people, the owner Sam is a good person. Gave me a good deal on a dryer. They also came to fix a fridge in my rental unit fast and good service.

Freezer ice maker was under warranty and acting up. Jeff stayed in touch until replacement parts were shipped to us and was here on time when stated and even fixed the problem immediately plus our freezer drawer was not pulling out entirely and he fixed that. Like having a brand new appliance.

Worst company ever. John the guy in charge does not have any customer service skills at all. He is rude and insolent. Acts like he doesn't need the business because the insurance company keeps using him. Stay away from this outfit. They are bad news.

I took my 47inch LG TV there for repair... BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!! The customer service rocked. They got it repaired and done quickly. I recommend them to all my friends. They really cared about the service they provided.

I would not recommend this company. I have had to use them twice and in both cases there is no sense of urgency. The latest is a bad refrigerator that needs to be warranted by MC corporation. They came out on Thursday May 21st, determined that it probably needed to be replaced and did not file the paperwork until Tuesday May 26th. When I inquired about same the fellow I spoke with was somewhat rude and sighted that it was a holiday weekend however the holiday was not until Monday the 25th. I bet if it was their refrigerator that was down they would have showed some sense of urgency and filed the paperwork at least by Friday the 22nd. Did not show one care and concern for my problem.

Never a disappointment with the staff there. They are excellent. Lisa mainly. She's always smiling and cheerful. She's my go to girl. One of the fastest services I've had in quite a while.
