I have a wine cooler needing repair. They charge $90 just to come out and he did not even attempt to troubleshoot my cooler, just told me I'd be better off buying a new one. I truly feel he was her to get $90 for a 3 min. visit. He tried to make me feel he was doing me a favor, but instead just looked for a quick payday.

We had a microwave that went out just before Thanksgiving. Major answered our call and was out the next day. He was able to determine the problem and had the required parts in his truck. They were very professional and had our microwave back in the cabinet in a timely manner. Would recommend highly and will call them again when we have the need.

Major went above-and-beyond when replacing the trim & handle on our oven door: he even cleaned the baked-on crud on the glass on the door. He also gave me directions on how to do some routine maintenance on the oven when it's needed.
Major was professional and efficient, and knowledgeable about exactly what was wrong with our oven and what needed fixing. He did the job quickly and did it right. And he was careful and made sure that he didn't damage anything as he was doing the work.
In other words, he did everything the way I think that it should have been done. Kudos!

Because Appliance Services had some bad reviews, when I was looking for a company to come work on our appliances I was dubious about having them come. But since the company is located near us I decided to overlook the bad reviews and give the company a chance. I figured that if the bad reviews were accurate I could call another repair service.

Well, I'm glad that I decided to take a chance and give them a try! As you can tell, I was very happy with the service and with everyone I dealt with, which included the folks in the office.
I will definitely call Appliance Services again any time that I need to get work done on any of our appliances. Apparently I found a good thing and I'm going to stick with it.

I have used Appliance Services for several years and twice in the past couple of years had an issue with an appliance. I left a message for them on Sunday both time and on MONDAY they were out and fixed my machines. I very much appreciate their promptness.

Appliance Service has always been Argo to call when we Have an appliance issue. They are family owned And very honest and fair.

Sam was fantastic.We’ve had 2 plumbers out to work on a tankless water heater and still had problems.Spoke with him yesterday and today he was true to his word and came out to replace our tank.Thankful to have hot water again and have a plumber that is knowledgeable about a tankless heater.

I was having issues with my fridge, i spoke with alyssa in the office, she was friendly and advised me they would be able to come by the same day, they were fast and cost effective would highly recommend.

my dryer went out in my home and when i called them by recommendation from a friend, they were very accommodating and able to get right out and diagnose the issue and gave me multiple options of repair & replacement, and got the job complete and everything has been great since! the techs who arrived were polite and great at what they do and gave me a service i would recommend to anyone in the area! 10/10 5 stars

Karrell was an amazing technician, quick and knowledgeable. He Explained everything to us clearly, executed the job efficiently, and left us confident in his work. We hope never to have to need service again, but if we do, it's him we'll call.

Great experience. We were able to get an appointment set up quickly. Rick diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and tested it several times to ensure proper functioning. Nice guy too.

John was very professional and prompt. His expertise was superburb and he was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly. And he is a nice guy as well!

Michael was very prompt and gave me a heads up how close he was to the home. He was expeditious in finding out what the problem was with my washer and it now works as before. Great job and a great personality!

Had the commonplace part - wiring harness - been available when he came for his initial visit, it could have been repaired more quickly. Had to wait over a week.

Technician was professional and courteous.

Flamingo Appliance Service (& particularly David, the technician who replaced our Whirlpool refrigerator compressor 2/17/2026) are extraordinary: great communication and punctuality. We will happily keep their contact info at hand and enthusiastically recommend them to our Naples neighbors.

Nolan is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the work that he performs. His personal attitude is very good. I would have liked to have him on my payroll when I had my businesses

Russell with Flamingo Appliance is very knowledgeable when it comes to dryers! He performed several tests on the dryer and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. The part was ordered and shortly afterward, it was installed. So far the dryer is working wonderfully again. Thank you Russell with Flamingo Appliance!

Hector was very professional and curtious. However, the problem was not fixed based on what Hector thought it was. He said he had to tighten a hose. Well after he left, several hours later we had water leaking out from under the refrigerator still.

As I discussed with Hector, it has something to do with the ice maker. When the ice maker is on is when the leaking of water occurs.

It had taken me about 8 days to get this appointment. (appointment was between 8 and 11 am on January 22, 2026). I contacted Hector when I notice problem was still occuring. He stated I had to call or text Flamingo appliance service. I was not able to get any one to come back out until February 2, 2026.

Needless to say I am disappointed in the time it is taking to get someone back out to the house when it was fixed the first time.

Michael came to do some extended warranty work on our washing machine. He was on time, super friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. If we ever needed service again, would definitely request him specifically.

Flamingo, and Donavasky in particular, surpasses my expectation every time. Donavasky is great!. He explains the situation and remedy in terms that are easy to understand. I hope he is our technician when ever we have the unfortunate scenario of needing an appliance repairman.

Was having an issue with one of my appliances and they were able to come out the next day, first thing in the morning. Nolan was our service tech and he called me that morning to check if it was a good time and waited for us to get back home and meet him. Great communication and great service! Would def recommend.
