Horrible! they not only are incompetent according to other reviews....they lie and cheat...i had a washing machine that wasnt working right called them they charge $89.95 non refundable estimate but apply to final bill...their estimate was for 4 shocks...$22/each on line and they wanted $371 to install--THEN looking for alternatives i find out the machine is under recall...i should have totally free service! When I call back for a refund they refuse. Samsung told me their authorized dealers are required to inform prospective customers of recalls. Worse yet rep told me they were an authorized Samsung service partner, when i spoke to Samsung they told me this company is not on their list of authorized service cos

I called appliance service this morning to have them come look at my washer machine and they came out so quick and had my washer back up and running in a matter of few minutes. I would 100% recommend them to any family member or friend that needs any kind of appliance work. They were so friendly and professional. Thank you again appliance service!!

I've dealt with this company for over 10 years and they have always gone above and beyond to resolve my appliance issues. The technicians are timely and professional and have saved me a significant amount of money in repairs over the years. I highly recommend them for any and all service, maintenance and repairs.

If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. Customer service is TERRIBLE and the people that answer the phone are extremely rude. I needed a walk in cooler fixed and this company kept telling me they were going to fix it for 5 WEEKS! Now this is partly my fault for sticking with this company and letting them give me the run around for that long but for some reason I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. I ended up calling a different company (Torocco's Cooling and Heating) and they showed up 20 minutes after my FIRST call and FIXED THE PROBLEM with the HOUR! Appliance Service Co was telling me over the 5 week period that this was going to cost over a thousand dollars to fix....Well Torocco's did the job in an hour and charged me $230. I will never call this company for a repair again and if you are reading this then please do yourself a HUGE favor and Google another company...ANY other company...as Im sure whatever else you come up with will be better than what you will experience with Appliance Service Co.

If there were no stars, that's what they'd get. To even assign them a star is making me cringe. Had a really bad experience where I believe we were ripped off, because the company we eventually ended up with charged us 1/2 of what this despicable company was going to charge us for the exact same part. Overall, had we gone with this place we would have paid them over $1200.00.
What we ended up paying with F.B.I. Air...Farah Brothers Inc. was $544.00. That included an emergency Sunday Father's Day visit, parts and labor. Wow! So glad we didn't stick with this place and went with F.B.I. Air instead. Much nicer people, and they seem to really know what they're doing. I do not recommend Appliance Service Co. Inc. Yes, also very rude! -
The company scheduled an appointmemt with me for a dishwasher that wasnt draining. Black mold had been festering in growing inside of the machine and I have pneumonia so I had to remove the machine to hopefully get better. The person I spoke to when scheduling the appointment I told themthat the machine had to be taken out of the house and placed in the garage and they said that was fine even for when the appointment was to be scheduled in the service people where to come out and look at the machine Nikki diagnose what was wrong. They came out and told me that they were going to order some parts and get back to me and today I got called from Home Depot warrantee telling me that my claim is being denied because of the service company. I think lying to customers is not very good way to keep your business running both by your people in the office and the ones coming out to do services.

These people saved my weekend! Get home from work on a saturday to a 93 degree home. Long story short I was in dire need of a part for a 19 year old unit. Not only did they have the one I needed, but for what they charged me I felt like I was stealing from themn andthey stayed late for me to pick it up! On a saturday! Both the woman and gentleman at the front counter were very polite and knowledgeable, and too call them accommodating would be an understatement. Both the techs in the back also gave me great advice. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called this morning, the were here and washer was fixed by 5 pm. John the technician was very polite and worked quickly to get thing fixed. Have used them for several years and always felt they were honest with their opinions to repair or replace!

My dryer broke and needed a new motherboard. Sam was so accommodating and knowledgeable. If you've got a problem with any of your appliances; he's tour man! Thanks Sam!

Super helpful office staff that waited for me to pick up a last minute part to be able to fix my A/C. Plus they put a technician on the phone to help confirm the issue and give recommendations on the repair. Would have given 10 stars, but they only go up to 5!

I will always go to Appliance Services of Lee County for my repairs, and would highly recommend them for any appliance issues. The staff is very friendly and highly experienced in what they do. Samantha is who I usually talk to and she always makes sure I am well taken care of.

Very affordable. Fast & friendly service. Jon Manning took time to explain what was happening and what he was doing. Been ten years I've been using AS of Lee n never been disappointed. Highly recommend. 😀

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with (no exaggeration). They jack me around for almost 3 months (supposedly waiting on a part). Then when I call to complain and tell them I'm coming down to resolve this the general manager (named John) basically challenges me to a fight. I am being serious. Don't believe me? Just call them on the phone and check their people skills for yourself (short, terse and rude from the get go).

Called a major appliance company ...that company tried just wanted a service call and charged me 249.00 for less than hr . Than they said I need a new dishwasher, disposal and washing machine . My neighbor told me about Appliance Services. They came out checked out the dishwasher and disposal. Both worked fine. The tech ran a garden hose through the dishwasher drain line and it was fixed. The washing machine he pulled apart and showed me the electrical surge . They were on TIME ,PROFESSIONAL ,and saved me money .I highly recommend it .

STOP SCAMMING LITTLE OLD LADIES !!!
I am a very loyal customer. I have been doing business with service company for over 25 yrs. I have bought many washers, dryers, refrigerators, and have called them for repair work many times. However it seems are "relationship" is over.
I had been having problems with my washer, and unfortunately, my husband is out of town. I called them up for repair service on Tuesday, and they came out and charged $200 to service the machine. They told me it needed a new belt and and changed it, but they didn't bother check and run the machine.
Belt broke on the very first load, and my son had to change it, which took him about two minutes. I called and was told by John that it needed a new transmission. If it needed a new transmission, which John new right away why did his service man that I paid for not check for that symptom during the servicing ! Why didn't they fix it when they were out here? They charged me $200 to "service" the machine, which they didn't even really do a service ,just a quick belt change. Just like John knew immediately that the transmission needed to be replaced, a real professional would have known to check the transmission if the belt broke. When I called to tell John that it broke, he rudely told me was he was tired of arguing about it. This shows how little the company cares and how they just want to make quick money.
However, on Monday morning at 8:15 they showed up unannounced and said they were here to fix the machine. My son goes out to talk to the service men and asked them what they are going to do to the machine. They reply that they are going to "check" it. Why would they need to check it if John already knew it needed a new transmission. My son replies by asking why they didn't properly service the machine in the first place. They suddenly got very offended and told him since he was telling them how to do their job that they would just let the office call. Three minutes later John calls and asks to speak to me after my son picks up the phone. My son tells him that he would deal with him to talk and John rudely interrupts to yell at him that our relationship is over and they will never do business with me again.
I am very offended because during this whole ordeal, they made it seem as if it was my fault the washer didn't work even though I had bought it from them. If John wants to keep his business, he needs to treat the costumer with respect and be courteous ! STOP SCAMMING LITTLE OLD LADIES !
This business seems to be taking advantage of people with low mechanical aptitude. Thank goodness for my son. The best rating is the word of mouth. -
My dryer had started making a terrible noise. I called around to a few appliance repair shops in the area. Appliance Services of Lee County was one of the few that answered and they said that they could be at my house the next day.
When the tech showed up, I talked him through the issue and he immediately went to work fixing it. It took him less than an hour, but he completely pulled apart my dryer, fixed the two rollers that were causing me problems, lubed the pullies and bearings, and put everything back together.
Easy peasy!
Because I went ahead and did the repairs, the initial diagnosis fee was waved. Material, labor, and tax the total repair was only $213. -
I agree with all the bad reviews, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I had servicemen to my home for the same problem three times and it's still not repaired. They don't work around your schedule and they kept putting me on their schedule without even asking me if anyone would be available. (not everyone in Florida is retired) I've been waiting for two weeks to get someone back out to look at it and I was told I was on the schedule for Monday - no one told ME that...they were working on behalf of Home Depot's warranty; I called and complained about them and they found a new appliance company to come and work on MY TIME and hopefully they will actually be able to repair my appliance. DON'T EVER VOLUNTARILY USE THIS COMPANY

I would avoid using this company. Their follow-up is terrible and they have no problem leaving you hanging for weeks at a time. I was calling every few days to follow-up on an issue for 4 weeks and each time I called it was like the first time they talked to me. They didn't have any records. When I finally tried to escalate the owners would not even get on the phone with me. I finally had to call GE since they referred me and reported the problems with this company.

We have used Appliance Services for 15 years and have always had the best service. They are very timely in getting us on the schedule. Always friendly and professional service from start to finish. Very fair and reliable and not just trying to sell us the newest thing. If it can be fixed, Sam and his company will do it.

Our Rheem water heater was under warranty and they sent Jeff on the service call to check it out. FANTASTIC service, a knowledgeable professional. Troubleshoot the problem and then worked with Rheem to get us a replacement. Jeff deserves a big raise and a big promotion.

Very fair and honest company! Had another company tell me I needed a new $6,000 A/C system and i wanted a second opinion. So i called Appliance Service and they came out and put on a "start capacitor" and cleaned out my drain line for only $318 and said my system was could last up to another five years! And not to mention they came out the same day i called to set up an appointment! Thank you Appliance Service!!
