I called Vickers because I had multiple things in my kitchen break at the same time. My oven wasn’t heating properly, and my microwave stopped working. I called, and was dealt with in a very professional manner. I was explained the fees up front, and what was expected of me. The two techs showed up that afternoon! Both techs were very professional, and worked diligently while my kitchen staff was working around them. The repairs were made the same day because they happened to have parts on hand. I was very impressed, because I understand that oftentimes, parts need to be ordered for a repair. If you want professional service, call Vickers. I’ve dealt with other food equipment repair companies before, and Vickers was so much more professional and efficient. They will be my “go to” from here on out.

I thought I'd lined up this guy to come replace a water line. He cancelled the first appt. because of Whatever. My son called him this morniing to remind him he was to be at my home by 1 pm today. His response? Sorry, I'm not in his service area. He says it's on his website. But if he was paying attention, HE SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Never again.

called Him to check out why new ice maker was making Hollow Ice. wife was here to meet him he checked fridge out and she called me to say they were going to replace a bunch of parts including the filter housing. i talked with him to advise that had just been replaced a few months back. so he said try replacing the water filter. while he was here wife told him about a burner on our stove that over heats on lower temp setting. he said he could fix that also. after he repaired the stove the light that says a burner is on stays on all the time. i did replace the water filter and it started making ice normally. i called him the next day to tell him it was making ice ok but the burner light stays on the stove. his response was he would come back out and put the old part back in, for a fee. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, he is a hack at best

Not happy with him. He charged $50 just to see the Miele CVA615 Coffee machine. He does not know anything about this machine. When I called him, he mentioned that he will come to my house to look but he did not mention that he will chanrge for it $50.00 just for look. He did not diagnosis anything at all. He might be good in other appliances but not on my situation and not happy being change for no reason. Not recommend to any one. If you call him, just make sure about the charges first before make any appointment.

I contacted this business in hopes for great quality repair to my dryer in a timely manner that wasn't going to break me. The service was excellent and the owner responded within minutes of my call. He was able to fix my dryer within just a couple of hours of my call. Thanks for doing a great job.

Quick response time. Very professional. He called prior to coming to ensure I'd be at home. The repair went extremely fast and the results were great! I'd definitely recommend him over the other appliance repair service providers!

What can I say about James. He reminds you of the old days when a handshake and your word was gold. Advise me on the cost told me what to pay and even sent me a copy of the cost of his parts to show he wasn’t ripping me off. I would recommend him to my family, and friends and trust him that he would do an excellent job. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!

The technician was not careful when moving our fridge and chipped a large section of the wall. No real apology, an offer to “slap some paint on it” which was absurd as I pointed out the wall itself was chipped and would need to be plastered before being painted.
Shocked he kept the service fee as he caused that amount in damage.

I cannot say enough positive comments about my parents’ recent appliance repair. My elderly parents were elated with the communication, the punctuality and efficiency of the repair done on their refrigerator/freezer. James is honest and understands what it means to provide a quality service.

I dismantled my dryer because I'm dumb, but James reassembled it correctly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty breaker. James is knowledgeable and professional, and takes the time to explain the problem. Next time I'll call James when an appliance breaks down, instead of attempting a DIY fix. I highly recommend James!

I highly recommend James and his company. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. He was very quick and got out and fixed our stove in the same day. I cannot say how much I recommend James!

"I would give him 10 stars if I could! He arrived promptly at the designated time, and a couple hours prior to the appointment, they sent me a notification saying that my appointment was coming up. He was here to fix my oven and my washer and as soon as he assessed the stove he fixed it immediately. He knew exactly what the problem was. Then with the washer, he again assessed it, and then fixed it! He was so professional, polite, and kind. I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone! He is fabulous!"

James Appliance Repair is great. James arrived on time with the part for my refrigerator and efficiently got it fixed at a fair price. There is one caveat: be sure to check their website to verify that they service your brand of appliance and that you are located in a community that they serve. Payment is by credit card only.

James is amazing. The water and ice stopped working in my door disbursing panel. Fridge was getting water, making ice. He determined the problem, ordered the part- KEPT ME INFORMED ABOUT THE PART- (with COVID and employment shortages getting the part was out of his hands) was able to book an appointment quickly and he fixed it in 20 minutes just a few days after the part was received. I can’t say enough about this man and his knowledge, his courtesy, his attitude. Real stand up kinda guy who knows his Craft. Kinda guy I’d like to get to know because he is a rare breed in this day and age! THANK YOU JAMES. YOU ROCK!!!!!
