My refrigerator was not cooling properly. I called James Friday afternoon because even the GE TECHS didn’t have time to come out until Tuesday!! He was booked and couldn’t come until the next morning. He tried to troubleshoot the problem until he could get here in the morning.
James came out first thing Saturday morning. Fortunately, it was a electrical surge that caused the temperature panel to not work properly. James reset the panel and all it cost was a service call. What a blessing James is. I would highly recommend this gentleman. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with James service to fix my ice maker in the freezer section in my refrigerator. He properly diagnosed the problem and showed me the cracks in the defective parts, ordered the parts, installed them and verified the ice maker operation. He was upfront about the cost estimate and final repair was within his cost estimate. I will definitely use him in the future.

Highly recommended by my dad. Very happy with James. He seemed fair, prompt, transparent, prepared, and professional. I’m about to call him again for another appliance!

James came the day after I called to look at my ice maker that was leaking. He identified the issue and recommended replacing the ice maker. He immediately went out for the new part, came back and put it in quickly. That was excellent service. Yes, I will be using him again and recommending him to friends.

Yes. I called to ask a question about repairing my washer. The man that answered started talking to someone else mid sentence. I waited. Then started to explain my problem again , he cut me off again mid sentence and started talking to someone else. So I just hung up. Poor customer service esp because it was my first experience with calling this company. I am sure the owner would want to know this happened.

We recently moved to Fort Myers and needed to have our washing machine repaired. Not knowing anyone in the area, I found James on the internet and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed! It was so easy to schedule an appointment on line at a time convenient for my schedule. I received timely email and text confirmations and reminders. James arrived on time and was so friendly and professional. He explained the problem, what he would do to fix it and provided a reasonable quote for the job. He had the necessary parts on his truck and the problem was fixed within an hour. I appreciated that he also tested the machine to make sure it was working as expected. James is professional and got right on the phone with me. When I called, he answered! He knew exactly what had happened to cause my fridge/freezer to cease and desist working. He came over with parts, a mask, a great attitude, and his labor and fixed the broken beast, so it is working again. I will call him the next time I need an appliance repaired.

Our previous appliance repair guy apparently retired. We called James about our broken dishwasher, and we scheduled the next morning for him to visit. He arrived on time and quickly identified the problem. He also helped us decide between the cost of repair versus buying a replacement. We will definitely be using James in the future for any appliance repairs!

Do not use this company - he used to be very good but something changed and it’s just not the same. I’ve been waiting since Monday for a repair he said would be done before the weekend. When I called on a Thursday he had no idea about my job, was very confused and told me extra work that would need to be done for the repair that he didn’t share when I first went over the problem. This was for a Whirlpool washer - he’s a one man band and simply can’t do jobs that need a little muscle to complete. It’s too bad as I really liked his work he had done for me before so much that I referred him to my customers in Pelican Preserve - no more.

Diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher over the phone which fixed the problem after the 800 manufacturer help line couldn’t help. Very pleased.

They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and honest....I have used them for years and would not hesitate to recommend them. They are always very busy but they are worth waiting for!

Didn't show up within the 4 hour window provided, and when trying to call, I was put on "hold" which equated to being hung up on and then apparently they disconnected the line so that no calls would go through. Highly unprofessional.

This is a five-star reliable, honest, and friendly business. Mary who answers the phone, and part owner, is so pleasant and knowledgeable and the tech that they sent here, Mark, was polite and very informative and fixed my washing machine which is not an easy task because today they are all so complicated with circuit boards.
I highly recommend them.
