Super fast service, friendly technician and scheduler. They fixed our washer for a fair price and on a Saturday! Hopefully we won't need them again but if anything goes wrong with any of our appliances they will be the only cal we make.

Tim analyzed the problem with our Bosch freezer and efficiently ordered replacement parts. He came back and installed them on the date he’d committed. The repair was successful and our freezer is now fully operational. A very satisfactory repair.

Andrew came to diagnose and fix my washer, he was very friendly, respectful and efficient! It needed the suspension rods replaced and within a day they had received the parts and were coming to fix it! Reasonably priced for appliance repair and came with warranty, that may vary possibly depending on what they’re fixing but definitely an added bonus! We recently had service on our Whirlpool refrigerator, and Andrew did an excellent job! The communication and follow-up were great—I was kept informed about when to expect his arrival, which I really appreciated. Andrew was very nice, friendly, and professional. I cannot recommend SunTech Appliance Repair highly enough! After our Viking refrigerator and freezer broke down, we called several places, but SunTech was the only one that truly stepped up. They arrived the very same day we called.

Had to have a condenser fan replaced on my GE Monogram built-in refrigerator. Rodney the service professional with Mr. Appliance did a great job getting the part overnighted & installed today.

I had the opportunity to watch Rodney diagnose and then complete the repair of my dryer. Professionally done, very informative and interactive. I learned some valuable information and was happy to have called Mr Appliance to come out. The appointment was next morning and your scheduler did exactly what I requested, thank you! Rodney was also very meticulous and patient with the disassemble/ reassemble, and was thorough with checking that everything was working. Finally, the price for the job was fair, considering the time it took. I would call Mr. Appliance again in the future.

Pat was very cordial and knowledgeable. Diagnosis was quick bad unfortunately it was a bad motor so needs to be replaced. Will call again
