Old-fashioned service for new-fangled appliances is what Murrell has been providing us for the last 25 years. We've always felt that honesty and fairness drove this firm and recent experience has once again confirmed this. On several occasions, they've correctly diagnosed problems which had eluded others. They show up when promised and charge fairly. Highly recommended.

I live in North Dakota; my elderly mom lives in Ft. Myers. Her refrigerator broke down and I had to find someone to look at it, fast. I looked online, called a few places, and finally Tim answered the phone. He was polite and courteous. We exchanged information, and he even sent out a tech late in the day to check on things for me. The next day he called me to explain what the tech had found. My mom's fridge wasn't able to be fixed, but if any other small appliances should break down at her home, I will call on Tim and his crew to help her. Top rate service. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen flooded due a broken valve on our refrigerator and no one working in our office could do anything but wipe up a continual flow of water with paper towels.
So, I called Murrell Inc because they had provided services to the bulding's owner in the past. I explained our dilemma to Mary and despite them having a booked schedule, she made a miracle happen and had a tech onsite before my lunch hour was over.
The tech was just as pleasant, expedient and professional as Mary was when we spoke.
If you are having trouble with your appliances, I recommend calling Murrell Inc. to take care of your needs. We are extremly pleased with the high level of care and service we received and believe you will be too!

The Oven is not much used and two years old. Its a second home and we are there just for 5 Mt a year) The door stucks I sent all the information who was needed to order the right parts. Somebody showed up and told me that he just have to backorder the needed parts. I had to pay US$ 110.00 just for showing up for less then 5 minutes! Then they called me that I have to send a check for another US$ 460.00 and It was obviously to much work to send me a e-mail with the address where I had to send the check. I am so upset that I would like to throw out the appliance and buy an other brand. Thats not the quality I have expected for such a expensiv WOLF brand.

I brought them a Thermador microwave that is 21 years old and they were able to fix it quickly. I felt like they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely go again.

I have an outdoor refrigerator that was only cooling to 39 degrees and was frosting up. The repair tech that arrived was very courteous and professional. Upon completion of the work, he explained what he had found and accomplished... so far, so good. However, after the tech left, the fridge never cooled below 48 degrees. I called the office to let them know that whatever they did actually made things worse. I was told by the owner, Mary, that they would not be able to come back out until the following Monday (another full week). When I protested that "THEY" were the party responsible for the refrigerators worsening performance, and should move me up in the que, she just said that was the best she was willing to do. Basically, Mary is scheduling new jobs before completing current jobs. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this decision and would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

We recently moved to Ft Myers and found that our Whirlpool refrigerator was not working when we wanted ice or water from the door. It began leaking on the floor so we decided to call Murrell. Mary tried to diagnose our problem over the phone but finally scheduled a tech to come out and diagnose the problem. When the tech came out he could not figure out what was wrong and made several calls to the office to see if any one else had an idea. He explained to me that they may have to take the top of the inside of the fridge to access the repair. We paid $270. For the diagnosis and the service call. About a week later I received a call from Murrell that they were ordering a wiring harness and the cost of that repair would be $205.20. We waited for them to call back to schedule the repair. When they finally came out the same tech installed the wiring harness in the back of the fridge and it made no difference. He took the new one out and put the original one back in. He had no idea what to do next. He thought maybe it was a water valve for the water on the door and Tod us maybe we should call Whirlpool. The fridge is just over a year old. He didn’t charge us that day. And we thought they would call us back with repair plan. That never happened. We have heard nothing from Murrell now a few weeks after the “repair”. We paid for a misdiagnosis. So beware if you call them. They certainly had no idea how to fix our fridge, wouldn’t admit it, and we got taken for $270.00. An update 3 weeks later, after calling Murrell again, they are now refunding our money. They are unable to fix our fridge. They do not have the expertise. We appreciate that at least they told us that.

First of all, they showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, awesome. I needed my washer fixed. Ihor was an absolute great tech. Gave me great advice on how to keep my washer clean of grime build up in the drain filter, which was clogged and killed the drain pump. Very knowledgeable about multiple machines and fixed mine. Andrew came to fix our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He was able to get the parts in just one day and was back to finish the repair. Fair prices too! Highly recommend!!

I called on a Friday afternoon and they came Saturday morning! Part was ordered and told would take five business days to come in. Exactly five business days later they called and said the part was in and came 2 hours later to install it! They even showed up early, before the window of time given! That never happens!

They quickly identified the issue and had the parts needed for the repair. The technician was prompt, courteous, and explained everything clearly, so I knew exactly what was being done and why. SunTech did an excellent job repairing a broken steam valve on our dryer. The service was excellent, the scheduling and communication process smooth and the technicians were professional and nice. It couldn't have been better and we'll definitely use them next time we have another appliance repair need.

When our fridge icemaker broke, we decided to call Sun Tech after seeing all the 5 star reviews. Now I know why people love them! Andrew came the very next day (a Saturday) and returned with the part we needed the next day (a SUNDAY!) Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and reasonable...what more do you want?
