Great job by Andrew and the crew! They worked hard all day to clean and sanitize our C coils, then do the same for our ducts and vents. They moved heavy furniture to access vents and put it all back, then cleaned everything up spick and span. Great work gents!!!

I had a water leak from the outside that caused damage to my lanai flooring. ADU was hired to find the leak, rectify the problem and then restore my flooring with vinyl flooring since my flooring had been discontinued. The team was personable, on time, professional, knowledgeable and neat in what had to be done. Was very happy with the result.

A small leak caused by a broken washer has led to water mitigation, mold remediation and demolition in my kitchen. I could never have imagined this nightmare. It took days for me to realize what I was dealing with. I began to search for remediation companies from among franchises, national companies and local small businesses. Informed decisions get made by doing our due diligence - reading reviews, seeking recommendations from friends, neighbors and professionals, an assist from AI when navigating unknown territory and gut instinct. I created a short list that included a large franchise and some national companies with strong local presence. I interviewed five companies (including one preferred vendor from my insurance company's list) and only one company was the clear choice for me. That company was ADU - and the Remediations Manager, Josh, who stood out so brilliantly from the moment he arrived. He listened. He answered my enormous list of questions before he began to measure and inspect. Bill is professional, knowledgeable and timely. He and Jennifer resolved all issues and will protect me with reasonably priced monitoring and equipment installation. They took the time to show me how to test the equipment to ensure monitoring center response within a test environment. There is no sense in having fire protection without monitoring.

Other fire protection companies are non responsive. Bill was very responsive and on time for appointment and installation.
