For the last year DMJ has been working on a 740 sq foot property in Matlacha that was destroyed by hurricane Ian. We wanted to give this small local company a chance. Unfortunately, this project has become a disaster/nightmare. The company received close to 86,000 in insurance money and DMJ has since run out of money to complete the job; noting, items are left incomplete that were documented, agreed upon prior to construction on an itemized statement.

There unfortunately has been very limited to no consistent staff that shows to do the work and there is limited to no communication, just empty promises and excuses.

This experience started out well, but has unfortunately become incredibly frustrating, some of the work needed redone and we are now paying out of pocket to try to move forward to complete this project. The one person team may be good at smaller projects, as for larger tasks that may require multiple people or coordination across different construction specialties, I would stay clear. We have given them so many chances to make this right and DMJ has continually failed. We thought it was time for others to be made aware.

I had them install a shower door for me and they did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards so you couldn't even tell they were there. They came out and measured last Thursday and installed the shower door this Thursday. Very efficient good quality very happy we'll use them again for other projects

The owner AJ is so professional and understanding when he was helping with our project. Great communication and was always available when I needed a question answered. Great workmanship and they left my home spotless. Will only be calling them for any work needed.

My New neighbors just had their entire interior house repainted and it was excellent and timely… So I hired this team to paint my garage ceiling something I dreaded and had ignored!
I’m very pleased with results and planned as well to ask them to hang a TV and drop a line to the plug and also change out my shower hardware- Two different small items as they apparently do a little of everything! I understand they are available for drywall work / remodeling/ electrical and plumbing in a reasonably priced.

We needed the entire interior of a house we purchased painted. We contacted several painters and AJ was the most professional and inspired confidence. While we met with him, we mentioned other things we needed done and he was able to address the items as well (electrical work and replacing a hot water heater). His employees did a great job painting and cleaning up after themselves. We are very satisfied with the work done and with all our interactions with AJ and his employees. We would highly recommend him for any work you need done - we are keeping him on speed dial!!

We have had a great experience with QSP Build on each project they have completed for us. Kitchen backsplash and countertops and sinks have given the room a beautiful new look. Everything was completed in a timely manner, workers are knowledgeable and professional, always willing to help!
