If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

My husband and I experienced a house fire three+ years ago, and unfortunately, the nightmare didn’t end there. Belfor was hired for the restoration, and to this day, we are still dealing with the aftermath of their cheap repair work and the many corners they cut throughout the process.

Not only was the quality of their work subpar, but the pace at which they operated was painfully slow. What should have been a step toward recovery became a prolonged, frustrating ordeal. We continue to discover issues from their so-called “repairs” and have had to fix many of them ourselves.

As if recovering from a fire wasn’t hard enough, Belfor made it worse. I would never recommend this company to anyone under any circumstance.
I’ve included a few pictures showing Belfor’s mistakes — both before and after we moved back home — following over five months of displacement. That delay was largely due to Belfor’s sluggish pace and their clear lack of urgency or compassion.

Pick up orders for delivery. 50% not ready> waste of gas and alot of time this past week specially in the afternoon. Not good. Managers not visible for delivery or not enough people

Mixed bag. The gentleman in mill work was outstanding, very helpful. The man in countertops was in a word,,, awful. Ok teo words horrible!! He was flippant and dismissive. Our presence seemed to bother him. If I didn't like home depot I wouldn't come back, but if this continues I won't.

Our church hall was flooded from a broken water supply line. The Devoted team was on site within 1 hour of being contacted. Technicians Cayden and Seth did a great job of analyzing the situation and setting up drying equipment. They were both very thorough and professional.

I never leave reviews. But this was such a positive experience I felt I needed to. We had a water leak over the weekend. On Monday we called Devoted and asked them to come out to assess. They were there right when they said they would be and carefully surveyed the situation including an infrared scan. They determined that we had already done a good job of mitigation and gave us some additional advice. Best of all they didn't try to up-sell us on services we didn't need and didn't charge us anything for the visit. They were great. We'd definitely use them again - but hopefully we won't have to.

Great team of people. Showed up in the middle of the night when our window started to leak during a storm. They gave us blowers and dehumidifiers and came cam several times to ensure everything was ok. Many thanks to Jovanni, Cayden, Branden and Seth for their work. It would have been a lot worse if they weren't so responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

We had an emergency cleaning that had to be done quickly and professionally. Seth and Darnell came to the office and did just that. They both wore appropriate cleaning gear, were very polite, quick and quiet as we still had to run our business. We highly suggest using Devoted Restoration for your cleaning needs.

Our roof was damaged by Hurricane Ian but it wasn't leaking, or so we thought. About a week before the roofers were set to replace the roof, water leaked into the house through the roof and around a window. Stan and Tony responded the same day that I called to inspect the water damage. They concluded it was drying out nicely on its own and didn't need remediation work. I greatly appreciate their honesty and not charging an arm and a leg.

This company is fast, prompt and very professional. They came out and had the estimate ready same day! The office staff is so happy and friendly on the phone. Hendrix who did the repair work was amazing, polite and cleaned up as he was working and after he was done. I highly recommend this company for any work needed

Seth and Cayden from Devoted Restoration came by my home today to uncover the source of a leak in the ceiling of my laundry room, which they did. The also professionally removed wet drywall and set up dehumidifying equipment in preparation for a plumber to fix the leak, and the drywall to be repaired. The were polite, efficient, quiet, and cleaned up very nicely. So far I am very pleased with Devoted Restoration.
