We called Devoted after our bathroom flooded. They showed up immediately (within a half hour), and got to work. Damian, Geo, and Orlando were professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. We’re super grateful for the quick response from the Devoted team and would recommend them to anyone!

I have used Devoted Restoration on quite a few occasions now and the service has been impeccable every time! When a washing machine completely flooded one of our homes they had a team on site, after hours, in less than 30 minutes. They moved quickly and helped to ease our tenants anxiety. Jamey and Tony stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening and to answer any questions we had. They have also helped me with some small repairs & dry-outs without hesitation never acting as if it were "too small of a job" for them...they treated it with the same sense of urgency and importance. Cayden, Seth and Jovanni were a great team. They were respectful when they entered our home, and greeted us professionally and kindly. The work was completed in a timely manner. The job of sealing off the bathroom from the rest of the home was taken care of quickly, with minimal mess or invasion to the other rooms. We would recommend Devoted Restoration and this team to anyone.

Our house was recently put on the market. A family member had a medical issue, where there was blood on the carpet. We were afraid to touch it. We called Devoted Restoration.. they got the stains out completely! Justin and Luis were very friendly and helpful. They even shared a home recipe for stain removal! Would call again!

My kitchen was leaking water from the ceiling and I ended up needing 5 fans and a dehumidifier so it was an irritation experience but Cayden and Damian were very kind and helpful. Overall good communication, very nice and made a stressful situation very quick and easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on and if ever needed I would surely go back for any future endeavors! Amazing service!

Cameron, Bernard, Winston, and Damien responded to our roof leak that also resulted in drywall damage quickly and professionally. The guys were polite, answered all our questions, and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend using them for all your restoration projects.

David Hendrick and Ashlee have been very attentive in dealing with my mold issue in a bedroom and the kitchen from a broken icemaker in the condo above me. Jason and his team were extremely polite and informative in what they were doing and what would come next. They left a clean workplace everyday and now that the mold is gone I look forward to the next phase of rebuilding the walls and floor and have total confidence that if this is how phase one went I will be pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend them. I don't always go after price, but they out-bid the competition on this job.

Had a sink overflow problem that spilled over onto hardwood. Called Devoted Restoration. They offered to send emergency service within an hour. Very prompt arrival and thorough inspection. Cayden and Damian were the inspection and evaluation team. They were professional and efficient and well-equipped to make a complete assessment. They showed me where a small problem existed and suggested corrective action. The most surprising thing: there is no charge for the evaluation. Their office will call with suggested action and cost estimate, should I wish to pursue the matter further.

I would recommend this firm for prompt response and giving an honest assessment.

When we found that we had water damage in our walls from a leaking shower pan, Stan and Brandon came out right away to check out the damage. They talked us through the entire process and were always happy to answer any questions we had. They were very helpful in dealing with our claim and making sure we had everything we needed for our insurance company. The crews were respectful and did a great job. We’ve already recommended Devoted Restoration and will absolutely do so again in the future.

Gone 5 hours and we came home and found our condo flooded from a leaking hot water tank in the unit above us. Our property management company recommended we call Devoted. Devoted’s staff came quickly, set up numerous giant fans and a couple of dehumidifiers throughout our home. When the insurance adjuster called he said he can delay his visit because he has worked with Devoted before and we did what he would suggest. Damian and Winston treated our home as if it were their own. Four days have passed and most of our place is dry. A couple of spots will have the blowers for one more day to be sure everything is dry.

We recently had a small leak in our roof that led to a wet carpet in one of or master closets and mold in some of the baseboards. The team of Cayden and Damian were dispatched in less than half an hour after I called the company. They were friendly, knew what they were doing and gave us a very safe feeling that we were with the right company. Before they left, they told us what to expect for next steps. All in all a great feeling.

I have to say Devoted Restoration showed up and explained what they were going to do, completed there work.
Cayden and Seth were both very professional employees through out the job. They will be back on Monday to pick up there equipment. Very happy with there performance and Devoted Restoration business plan. I have to add Chris in the office was a great help scheduling our job, I might say she returns call within minutes. This company is absolutely top notch. I recently had flooding in my home from a broken water heater. I was fortunate that I was referred to Devoted. From the first phone call that I made (I spoke with Jamie, one of the owners), all service was prompt, courteous, professional. I needed everything from the initial mitigation service with having baseboards immediately removed and large fans/dehumidifiers placed to the final process of painting walls. Doug was my "go to" person and he handled everything for me including the estimate, communication with his team, and check endorsement from my insurance company. He made sure I felt free to reach out to him at any time with questions and he kept me updated continually. Chelsea helped me with scheduling for all repairs and made the process easy for me and my schedule. Tony and Tim came out to replace baseboards- were right on time and had the job done more quickly than anticipated with excellent work. Leo and his team came out to paint- again every day on time and really went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly. Then the icing on the cake- Kelly came out and cleaned following all work being completed and she was wonderful! I feel so thankful for all of these people and the work that Devoted does. The communication throughout was so timely and the process was seamless. Truly made a bad situation for me so much better. Truly a testament to the owners that they have all of these wonderful people working for them- they all truly care about their customers!

We experienced a pipe break in the ceiling above our master bedroom closet and found it on a Sunday morning. Following a visit from United Plumbing to fix the pipe, Alberto and Nate from Devoted Restoration came over quickly the same day (even though it was Sunday) to clean up the water damage. They did a great job cleaning everything up and setting out the drying fan. We were dried out quickly with no mold growth because of their prompt action. Once the area was found to be dry, Jamey came over to give us an estimate to repair the closet area. We were very pleased with this company. We will post an additional review once the reconstruction has taken place.

I had a leak in my unit and called Devoted first thing in the morning. Tony, Justin and Luis were there within one hour. Found the source, and put in dryers and dehumidifiers immediately. Justin and Luis came in every day to read the moisture levels and see if progress was being made, and showed up at the exact time they had promised the day before. These guys are extremely professional and when you call the office, you always get a live person with a positive attitude. I can't thank these guys enough! I will forever recommend Devoted to all of my friends and family.

Wow! When you are in a crisis “oh my gosh what is happening” situation when you get home and there is water pouring out your front door - these are the guys!! Josh, Carlos and Justin showed up in no time… and helped clean up all the flooding water and get all the dryers and dehumidifiers set. The next day we had another crew including Luis to adjust all the fans and do their moisture check. They were so great as we were trying to keep us calm as we were trying to figure out what to do next.

I called devoted restoration when I had a water leakage from a valve to my washing machine. They responded to my home in less than 30 minutes, assessed the situation, and gave me their recommendations. They had to remove baseboards and install seven fans and a dehumidifier to dry out four rooms, including one with wall-to-wall carpeting. The team of Alberto, Lewis and Justin and their supervisor, Tony, did an excellent job. Not only where they prompt, but also professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who had a water problem, or for that matter any other home issue that needed professional attention.

Jovani and Josh showed up within an hour and were so professional and informative of the process of cleaning up what was a total disaster on our boat after we had a waste back up. They cleaned the doors and walls and went the extra mile to make sure the problem was taken care of. They were also extremely pleasant to work with and have a great attitude; they are definitely representing this company very well. Thank you again!

I called Devotion Restoration and was able to schedule an appointment next day for a water issue on my second floor. Justin could NOT BE MORE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be recommending them to anyone. I work in many insurance offices and will definitely be sharing my experience and opinion. I asked Justin to call his Manager Tony, not any better or interested in fixing a bad start to the appointment. I called the company immediately after I asked Justin to leave to speak to one of the owners whom I know from being in the industry. The receptionist said he was in and could take my call, I gave her my name and he must have been on the phone with Tony or Justin and he put me over to voicemail BIG MISTAKE. I also have heard not favorable comments about the company but I thought I would give them a chance based on knowing Stan and the name DEVOTION RESTORATION…… never again. Don’t fall for it people.

My kitchen was flooded by an upstairs unit. I called Devoted and they were on site in 24 hours!
They did a complete and thorough inspection, wrote an estimate and emailed it to me.
As I was not on site I had to do everything over the phone.
A neighbor and their great customer service rep Kris, kept me up to date along the way.
All done and not a penny over the original estimate.
The results are beautiful!
